Halls Hosting - Exceptional Hosting with Unbeatable Support
Recently switched my website hosting to Halls Hosting after experiencing very slow speeds, unreliable uptime, and really poor support with my previous provider. From the very beginning, I've been incredibly impressed with their service, and one aspect truly stands out: their amazing customer support.
The Good -
Performance - Since moving my websites I've noticed a significant improvement in website loading speed, uptime and very fast support. My sites feels much more responsive, and I haven't experienced any unexpected downtime.
Interface - The control panel cPanel is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone with limited technical experience. Setting up email accounts, databases, SSL certificate was so easy!
Exceptional Customer Support - This is where Halls Hosting truly shines. I've had a few occasions where I needed assistance. I was having a WordPress plugin issue and I couldn't work it why I got in touch with their support and they sorted it out for me in less than 10 minutes!! Their support team has been outstanding.
Friendly - When I asked what might have seemed like a basic question, the support team was always patient, friendly, and never made me feel inadequate.
Improvements -
While the knowledge base is helpful, I sometimes found it easier to just contact support directly for my specific issues. I personally think the knowledgeable needs improvements in some areas.
Overall -
I am extremely satisfied with Halls Hosting. They provide reliable hosting with a user-friendly platform, but their exceptional customer support truly sets them apart.

I couldn’t recommend Halls Hosting highly enough. They always respond very quickly and resolve even the most complex technical queries quickly and efficiently. Very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend them to everybody

Halls Hosting is the perfect web hosting company. There support is the best i have seen. As soon as i put a support ticket in it gets answer straight away with the solution no messing around backwards and forwards. Just a simple solution. The pricing is great with their loyalty rewards, the more years you are with them the more discounts you get! I am also so pleased the website theme they created for me! It's really modem and they handle all the updates, bug fixes and so on! I would highly recommend this company to anybody!
