Staff super helpful, David was helping me with a bespoke piece of jewellery. He really listened to what I was asking for and helped me achieve what I was looking for. I wanted a gold bangle and didn’t know where to start. A gift from my Mum which she wanted engraved and to make this the perfect memory David arranged for her exact writing to be engraved on the bangle… I couldn’t be more happy with the gift and the personal help that I had. Thank you !

Very honest and transparent service which I really appreciated. Suggested alternatives to my losing money in the transaction which again I was grateful for.

The owner was extremely rude

Hamlingtons Ordered some food my restaurant and when i gave them the food the owner said " come here Raj , its raw !! its fu£king Raw !!! " and then the owner got the the salmon and smashed it with his hand and the salmon went everywhere .

I am very upset about how i was treated recently.

I came into Hamlingtons to buy a Wedding gift on Saturday and they were doing some filming round the shop for there social media . I kindly said please can i not be filmed and the owner said " if i hear you complain about a camera one more time i will put a go pro up your ass so you can see how shi$ you are " i find this absolutely disgusting !!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This is by far the worst jewelry store and “business owner” I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The owner is not only rude but also downright abusive. From the start, it was clear that customer service was not a priority here.

Every deadline was missed, including the initial consultation, with designs that didn’t meet my brief, and extremely poor communication. The entire experience was frustrating and incredibly unprofessional.

The owner was even rude about my mother and became very personal with vile insults when I didn’t approve the designs, which didn’t match my brief or expectation.

From looking at other reviews on Trust Pilot, there have been other cases similar to mine.

My first visit to Hamilton’s Jewellery was unexpectedly friendly and welcoming. I needed to get my mother’s earrings repaired and they sorted out the problem immediately. While I waited, I espied some gorgeous earrings - hope to get for Christmas gift.

Really bad! I bought a ring with diamonds, the ring was supposed to be a birthday present and, on return home have discovered:

one broken stone, another stone with inclusions, and white gold is already rubbed off. I have called and took the ring back, the money were returned only after weeks of deliberations. Honestly, avoid. I got the money back, but they deducted the cost of my rings readjustment, trying to charge me 50% more that another store . I have seen service, and this is not a place to put your money in for a good memory.

Extremely dissapointed with the manner in which we were treated by the staff at the Leamington store. We did not feel valued as customers. After asking whether they sell any silver necklaces they quickly shut down our custom by saying they only sell gold and platinum, with absolutely no willingness to offer other similar pieces of jewellery like white gold that we would have been happy to look at. On their website it says come along to browse their beautiful selection and we did not feel welcome to do that. You would think a shop clerk would want to showcase and sell their items but it seemed they just wanted us out the door. We will not be returning. I've never left a bad review before however my mother and myself left feeling shocked after this experience.

Wonderful customer service,
I popped into the Warwick store this morning. My engagement ring was purchased from Hamlingtons a few years ago and the band had become slightly misshapen.
Within the hour my ring was the correct shape and sparkling like new.

Thank you so much! I haven’t stepped foot in one of your stores before but the experience I had today means I wouldn’t hesitate to return. When I got engaged, my grandmother gave me her ring…28 years later, a claw was catching. A few minutes later I left not only with the ring fixed but also sparkly clean. THANK YOU!

My husband brought me an eternity ring from Hamlingtons and it is stunning! From what he told me he got a really good deal too!

David designed a beautiful bubble ring for me using the stones from my Grandmothers rings that had been left to me.
It was a wonderful experience.

Popped in for a last minute Christmas gift for my wife - welcoming & friendly staff, great service, was even offered a glass of champagne! My wife loved the necklace.
