I placed and order and paid for it. I received an order confirmation with the remark that my order is in preparation. And since then nothing. I contacted the email address and sent a message via IG. I also called the phone number, which seems to be relayed to a (Turkish?) phone. I left several messages on the mailbox. It’s quite bizarre as the trust scores are generally good but looking closer everything (positive) seems to be quite a while ago! I am still hoping this can be resolved as I paid with my Dutch bank and my request to reverse the transaction has not been approved by the receiving party. I don’t know if the company is simply not operating anymore but still has an active website? Will try to pass by the business address but would recommend to inquire carefully before placing an order here

Ordered on 21/4. Now the 9/5.. heard nothing. Several mails sent. Phoned. Facebook. Nothing. I will start a claim via my credit card. Shocking.

My mother-in-law and I are so happy with our Hammam34 Kimono and towel sets. My family loves the beautifully coloured Hammam towels I’ve been collecting,too.

I wanted a luxurious feeling kimono that drapes beautifully, dries quick and feels soft. And these kimonos are exactly this and more! The fabrics are high quality, well made and they’re oh so gorgeous, too. Once you try one it’s difficult not to want another… I now have 4 beautiful Kimono and towel sets!
Super easy to care for.
Husband is getting the long black Pheasant Kimono for father’s day!

Before placing the order, I've asked the estimated delivery time to France and I've been told 2-3 working days. In fact it took 8 working days...and then the parcel ended up in a relay point in another village, 3km away from the delivery address!
I've got a kimono and the design is truly great, but overall it feels overpriced for the fabric quality. I've bought a towel a few years ago and the quality was excellent, this time it doesn't feel the same.
Also, I've joined the mailing list days before placing the order, but received the welcome discount 10 min after I've finalized my order...Last and not very important, but the packaging is quite cheap, so overall kinda disappointed.

Product is great but I don't get any response to my emails and questions :-(

Wonderful items ! Kaftans, throws XXL, hammam towels and pillow cases, everything that I have ordered is perfect. The colours, the fabric, the style, I like so much these creations, and I know that they will last a long time, and I enjoy to buy things which are useful and beautiful.

Received order quickly, but did not respond to my email enquiry about returns.

I have to say first that I had bought Hammam34 towels in a local store and I am very satisfied with the quality. I ordered two reduced towels online. The quality of one towel is poor and not worth the money (€39,95). After I washed it, it was full of lints. I made a complaint to Hammam34, explaining what happened. I also included 2 pictures. First I got no answer for 9 days, then I wrote my complaint to another E-Mail address and got an answer after 4 days with the content that I can send the towel back but I have to pay for the shipping costs. Furthermore they wrote that returns when the item was already washed or on sale are not accepted. Well I had washed the towel (what I had explained in my complaint) and it was on sale. I won't send the towel back (too expensive from Germany to The Netherlands) and I won't buy there anymore because this is not a good customer service.
