I am utterly dismayed by the appalling service I received during the recent delivery of a bed. Shockingly, the shipment arrived with crucial items missing. Despite my persistent attempts through phone calls, emails, and live chat, the company has demonstrated a complete lack of responsiveness. This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. I strongly caution potential customers against engaging with this company, given their abysmal service standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Ordered from these guys through a very easy to use website which made the process that much simpler and the delivery was on point too - came a day earlier than expected. Exceeded my expectations with everything including the quality of the bed. Highly recommended

Ordered bed and came with a footboard that didn’t fit, was too low so sides sticking up and exposed black lining and staples at the sides, was told to drill and adjust and move the brackets myslef and would be fine which I am not capable of doing, now not responding to me, will be reporting to trading standards

The bed is exactly as described and looks beautiful in my new room. It was very easy to assemble.
The delivery people were very kind and helpful.

Great bed, quick delivery and friendly delivery staff. We ordered the king size ottoman bed and this has to be the best bed we have ever had. Very comfortable and looks amazing, definitely looks alot more expensive than it cost us.

I ordered the Regal panel bed with orthopaedic memory foam mattress. The mattress is very hard compared to what I expected but the bed is great. The colour is darker than I expected but it’s a lovely solid frame. delivery was quick it arrived within a few days although communication could have been better. I had no confirmation regarding my order until the day before it was delivered but overall happy to purchase again from this company

The bed is lovely very strong and easy to put together, took less then an hour , very happy with it

The bed is so easy to assemble and really sturdy.
I made a mistake with how to put the base board in and got a very helpful email back explaining this to me almost immediately.

Driver was very abrupt insisting he was only insured to deliver the bed to the front door. I met the driver at the front door of the apartment building. It has 4 apartments 2 ground floor, 2 1st Floor with a straight wide staircase to the first floor. He claimed he was only insured to the front door - when I insisted my front door was at the top of the stairs. He wasnt insured to go upstairs! After I man handled the bed and packages upstairs on my own, he then followed me up and wanted to go into the apartment to take photos of the bed as delivered. I asked him why as he hadnt delivered them to the apartment - he should have taken the photo downstairs in the lobby. I asked him to take his shoes off when coming in the apartment but claimed he didnt have time. Very poor service from delivery. But the bed is very nice!

I Ordered the Soho winged bed in a super king size with a 60 inch headboard on Thursday and it was delivered early Saturday morning. The delivery was to my room of choice and also had it assembled by the delivery guys. Service was exceptional from start to finish and my purchase was absolutely stunning. I will definitely be buying another one soon.

Bought the Brooklyn super king bed just before Christmas. Delivered within the 10 day time frame. Absolutely beautiful bed, such good value for money. Went for the orthopaedic memory mattress and it is one of the comfiest I have ever slept on. Could not fault the service, everything went without a hitch. Thank you so much

Brought a divan in superking, black crushed velvet, the service has been incredible from start to finish, bed arrived as chosen and described, 1st night sleep on it was lovely, if u want to purchase I would definitely go with this company,

We ordered the Brooklyn bed from Hamptons Beds.
We are impressed with the quality of the bed frame and it does look like a high end bed and love the ottoman storage. However, the ottoman lift is a bit stiff and the mattress quality isn't what we expected and has given us a bad back and feel it's more orthopedic than memory foam which is stated was both.
Also, our delivery slot was given between 7 and 8PM which we found rather late considering we have work the following morning but much to our disappointment and annoyingly the courier team didn't arrive till 9.30PM and blamed this on traffic but let's be honest, where is there traffic at 9.30PM?
Overall, we are satisfied with the bed and would order again and do recommend but personally, wouldn't get a mattress off them and would get that seperate to what we want and would prefer a guarantee on an earlier slot or to arrange a different day if it's going to be that late so a bit more communication wouldn't go a miss as had to chase them up for our delivery slot.
