I hadn't realised that Ham Radio was ML&S so was slightly confused about the parcel I received !

There was a mix-up with the payment due to my bank, which delayed delivery. I rang them, they were great, and arranged an early delivery for the next day. Always good to talk to the fellas in the shop....

Purchased a transceiver from ML&S, had a small problem.
I sent an email to the sales team and received a phone call within 5 minutes from Theo Kay!
Theo offered to collect the transceiver, and sent a DPD collection note.
ML&S received the unit in quick time, they immediately performed an inspection and within a few hours I received an email, saying a new replacement is on the way
When buying a radio my experience has always been a pleasure, I for one will always return to ML&S

Excellent service! What more can I say.

I've always found ML&S totally reliable. Rapid delivery, item as listed, all fine.

I've ordered several items in the past from ML&S (hamradio.co.uk) the last being a desk mike for my IC7300. As with the other purchases the item arrived on time and was extremely well packaged. I'll continue to use them in the future.

Excellent Service, I placed my order yesterday @ approx 11AM, and recieved my order approx 10AM today, excellently packaged.
