Got to say Hancocks cash and carry have the best customer service going out of every cash and carry we shop at by a clear mile. If it’s Linda and Adam at our local Hancocks Bradford branch. Lewis and the team in Sheffield nick in Manchester or Dave at hull all the branches are so friendly and they go out of there way to look after the customers. Not going to say they are perfect and mistakes do happen just like everywhere but when they do they can’t apologise enough and they sort the issue out. If they don’t have stock they will get you the stock and if you need any help in finding anything they will get you it. The whole Hancocks teams at these depos are a credit and it’s great to be apart of the Hancocks family! Head office please take note of this review and pass this onto higher management as these people deserve credit for the service they are providing for Hancocks.

Issue resolved quickly
We have bought from Hancocks for a couple of years, but their selection has reduced recently for what we buy, but they are a good company to deal with.
The delivery this time was packed poorly and resulted in a number of items breaking and the contents spreading through the boxes. Once reported, these items were replaced promptly, so we are happy it was resolved easily.
