There was enough information dimensions etc on the website to answer my questions and the item arrived in the time frame specified, well wrapped.

would go to them again for their quality,but they need to get better at their delivery, had to chase them after 10 days when the order hadn't turned up.

Our order is still awaited. We contacted Handles4Homes and told, only then, not to expect our order to be ready for some time yet.
We find this very disappointing in terms of service; there was no indication a simple door knocker would take so long to be delivered.

I ordered 4 sets of crystal handles 15 days ago. I was told at time of ordering that my order would be delivered in 3-5 working days. If they have tried to deliver and no o e was in then usually things are left with 110. There hasn't been a delivery card.

Whilst browsing for interior door handles came upon this website it gave me a great choice on handles and at really great competitive prices, so I placed an order with them and after approx 10 days received my handles which were super quality, well impressed.

I have just purchased some chrome door handles from Handles 4 Homes, great chrome finish and just as shown on the web site, if you need handles this is the company to use, great service and good quality.

Website was easy to use with all the products clearly described. Delivery was prompt and well packaged. The products I bought were as described and were actually a better quality than I was expecting especially the concealed door catch I ordered, which felt solid and well made with a faultless polished chrome finish.

My order arrived speedily BUT 2 not 5 of them, AND it was not the item I had ordered. HOWEVER when I telephoned, I received FRIENDLY NO-QUIBBLE service and the order was rectified IMMEDIATELY. I received the order in the next day's post. Mistakes happen but good customer service is not always forthcoming so WELL DONE!

I placed a token order for a new door handle and latch to try the firm out. As a result of the very speedy delivery and good quality of the two items ordered, I went ahead and ordered another 15 door handles with ancillary latches etc. They arrived very promptly and were excellent in quality and finish.
I subsequently needed to return one handle through no fault of the company and the returns system worked very smoothly.
Based on the business that I have recently done with them I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to potential users.
