The picture on the web site was very accurate and enabled me to buy precisely the right part. It was delivered promptly in good padded packaging. I was delighted with the service.

The handles I originally ordered were out of stock but I quickly received an email offering a suitable alternative, which I happily accepted.

They turned up on time and are of excellent quality. The only slight problem I had was with the fixing screws supplied. They were the correct thread but it seems they were made to rather slack tolerances and were a very loose fit into the handle to the point where some allowed the handle to be simply pulled off the door once fixed. I didn't bother to raise the issue, I just used the screws from my original crappy plastic MFI handles ... job done.

Look to be good quality not cheap but is they last as guaranteed would be worth it - will I last as long???

We bought our doors and handles from a company that went bust before we could order the bathroom turn locks, searching online we found that your company sold the exact same manufacturers product and guess what, cheaper than our previous quote.
Delivered a few days later and now sitting proud on our three bathroom doors.

After I received the privacy kit for the Gainsborough bathroom door handle (to replace the one that was 25 years old and had broken) I stuggled to fit to the old door knob.
I telephoned and was given time and help - as the design had changed after 25 years I needed guidance - but with the help given the kit was fitted and works perfectly.

Had to ask when/how despatched, delivery took some time, but goods did arrive. Wasn't advised that the Chub lock ordered had been replaced/superceded.

i placed an order with handles4homes for a range of kitchen cabinet handles which were reasonably priced the ordering process through their website was very uncomplicated , When the handles arrived i was very impressed with the quality of the items the quality of service was also very good keeping me informed of possible delivery date and date of postage etc , i will most certainly become a regular customer of theirs .

Replaced my brass handles and locks for Chrome ones, ordered Saturday evening, then realised I needed 1 extra which i phoned through on Monday morning, this was added straight away with no extra carriage charge, all delivered by Wednesday,
