Lovely items, swiftly despatched
Items just as described...door bolts - good quality - they bolt the doors. Nothing much else to say really, price was good and delivery prompt. Will continue to use handles for homes for these items.

After reviewing your order history, we did email you immediately to notify you that the manufacturer were out of stock and there would be a delay - would an alternative brand be ok?. We appreciate you were frustrated in not receiving your order on time, but because we didn't get a response from you, your order was put on backorder to wait for the goods. After speaking this week, it appears that our email never reached you. We have arranged since to send you an identical product and trust that you are happy with goods received in lieu.

EXCELLENT!
The service is brilliant. I ordered one item online, decided to order a second item. Telephoned them and they gave me a code to enter when buying the second item so that I didn't pay carriage twice. Items arrived promptly, well packaged and kept informed by email at each stage of delivery. Top marks.

Competitive pricing and prompt delivery
Attracted by the very competitive pricing compared to some other sites. Prompt delivery and the product was better than seen in the photographs.

Excellent product, exactly what I needed, restored door handles as new
I searched the internet for door handle springs. There in front of me was exactly the item I needed, pictured perfect, with dimensions which exactly met my requirements.
I ordered my required quantity and hey presto delivered with ease.
I fitted them the next day all door handles back to life as new,excellent.

Very Helpful
I ordered some cast iron gate handles, but subsequent to doing so managed to drill out the spindle on the old ones thus making them re-usable.
Handles4Homes cancelled my order and gave me a full refund through PayPal without any questions or problems.
