Not much to say. Good website, good range, easy ordering, prompt delivery, good packing. What's not to like?

I was really impressed with the prices, quality and service.
There was a slight delay in delivery as the PVD Carlisle Brass letter plate I ordered was not in stock but I accepted the substitute offered and was pleased to find that it matched the other items. My newly painted front door is now gleaming with brass numbers, handle and letter plate.

No complaints, would recommend.

why bother going to the merchants this is much easier

I did my homework online and H4H were the cheapest with the handles i wanted and in addition as someone who regularly purchases from the biggest online retailers such as Amazon etc i can say that H4H are every bit as slick and professional.

Excellent, solidly made and well proportioned, these art-deco handles fitted perfectly into our refurbishment of an early 1930s house.

Handles arrived in very timely fashion and were exactly as described. No problems whatsoever.

Having been let down by the carrier, who initially said there would be no problem delivering a package of window furniture to a Hebridean island and then failing to do so, Adam set about solving the problem within a very tight time frame. He recalled the original package and sent a duplicate via Royal Mail so that it would arrive next day, in time for a visiting joiner to fit before he left the island. This was achieved to my total satisfaction. It is so refreshing to experience this kind of service in an age where it is normal for "the computer to say no"..... Thank you Adam!

Great handles, nice finish, quality product.

Good choice of quality items, however I was disappointed with the £5.50 postage, I think it's too expensive.

Also, the satin chrome finish was not what I expected at all and I didn't like it but I thought it would be too difficult to return so I kept them.

Excellent service from start to finish

Looked at the big DIY stores and numerous internet sites before ordering from H4H and wasn't disappointed. The Carlisle back plate door handles in chrome are a much better quality product than I expected for the price. I would definitely buy them again and purchase them from H4H whose delivery etc was completely hassle free.

I ordered several handles but had to return some that did not suit our furniture. The refund was dealt with promptly and they ordered several others more suitable without hassle! Very good service and efficiency!
