My door handle broke on my back door so i googled replacement handles and Handlestore.com come up,. the website was easy to negotiate and the measurements for each handle are clear, making it easy to order the correct handle, will definitely use again

I only needed a few screws, but reading the articles and watching videos I felt re-assured that what I was buying would be the right thing. The whole site has helpful info, is easy to navigate and explains thoroughly. Ordered on line Tuesday, Items were dispatched & landed on my door mat Thursday morning. From my experience I would recommend and use these guys again.

I ordered two items which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one item was badly damaged. I emailed with a photo in the afternoon and by 8.00 the next morning I received a replacement. Outstanding service and great communication from the company. Thank you.

Efficiency of supply. Excellent product, with extremely clear videos of how to fit the handles. You couldn't ask for more. An excellent company and highly recommended. I'm 'an old', 77 year old woman and due to their great video, I was able to fit the handles myself - no need for a handyman.

Ordered replacement handles for uPVC windows, work perfectly and look great. Smooth experience all round

Absolutely shocking.

I ordered a lovely pair of handles to fit onto my door. The order arrived just fine, and the handles looked lovely. As I went to fit the handles, I noticed that the knobs did not fit onto the metal bar that goes into the door. Upon inspection, I could see the knobs had been badly welded/soldered. This caused the entry point to be too narrow for the metal bar.

I ordered via Amazon but there was no way to contact the seller. I managed to find a website via the Product Support page which allowed me to submit an enquiry. The team got back to me and claimed they do not deal with Amazon enquiries even though their details were on Amazon. I followed all of their steps and screen shots and they were vastly different to what I could see on Amazon. Something shady is definitely up. They are selling defective knobs on Amazon and claiming not to be able to see orders.

I bet you they will respond to this with some sort of excuse, but don't waste your time with this company. Order your handles from a reputable organisation who are happy to support their customers.

Recently one of my window handles broke in two as I attempted to close it. Looking on Handlestore's website I couldn't find an exact replacement. I took a couple of photos of what was left of the original and emailed them to their customer support department. In less than 5 minutes they answered telling me the name of what unit I needed along with a link to the webpage. I ordered with next day DPD delivery and it arrived just after 10:00 am. It was an exact fit and my window is now secure. Fast an efficient service no problem giving them 5 stars.

Scammers. Door handles didn't work for my door so when I paid for the refund and boxed it up they said they had minor scratches on and not refundable. So now I'm down the cost of the product plus the cost of the refund AND don't even have any product to be able to sell second hand. If you're unwilling to refund the product at the very least return it.

Great company to deal with. They kept me posted on all aspects of the delivery and handles arrived promptly. I noticed that a handle and a few of the screws were slightly damaged on arrival. I emailed Alison in customer services who responded immediately. I gave them the order number and they immediately sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service. I would use them again.

I managed to find a dry day to paint my upvc front door and of course in order to add the finishing touch it required new hardware. I went to a local door knob shop who couldn't help me and suggested I look on-line but did advise me to pay attention to the measurements, which I did. I purchased a letter box, door handle and knocker w/spy hole from handlestore.com all of which arrived quickly and well packed. I followed the rule of measure twice and cut once so all fitted perfectly. Very happy and even more importantly a very happy wife. I would recommend this site.

I ordered a Cadenza handle for my window which I couldn't find anywhere or the websites that had it where really confusing. I first ordered the wrong one, realised it only after purchase and emailed them asking to cancel the order which they did immediately. I was able to place another order and got it the next day. The handle is great - exactly what I need. My only feedback is that it didn't come with screws, but I understand that it might be because screws need to fit my window rather than the handle. Overall super happy.

Handlestore went above and beyond in replacing a faulty letter box replacement. Exceptional customer service. A very quick response from Customer Services and replacement product being received within days.

Very good experience with this company. Replacement window latches had become unavailable when first approached in Oct 2023, but a replacement product was in development. Customer Support kept me updated over time and the new latches have arrived, are of good quality and fit perfectly, avoiding my having to fit new windows.

I ordered 3 handles and unfortunately 2 were delivered incorrect, I contacted the Handles store and they said that once the incorrect handles were returned they would send out the correct items, I did explain that I had booked the job for this Thursday and due to the bank holiday weekend I could not fulfil my obligation to my customer if I had to send the handles back and wait for the new ones to be sent, immediately I got a reply and Alison said no problem at all, we will send the items out today and just pop the incorrect items in the post using the attached return label, absolutely outstanding service, they actually listened to me, I would like to say well done Alison, thank you for listening and reacting in a fair and honest way.
