In my original review I may have been a little harsh. I'm not really too bothered that the company feels that I don't understand the process of sending and receiving packages, because it is an absolute absurd thing to say, considering I run a business myself. I said that the last two emails had been ignored, to which Handy Hippo refuted. Ok, so not replied to in a timely fashion where I felt I had to take up a dispute with Paypal to get a response.

They have given me an address for the return of their goods which they say I should receive, and refunded my payment with Paypal. I have not received them as yet, but will endeavour to send them back as soon as I receive them.

My main argument or issue was the fact that I was told 2-3 days on invoice for delivery, then after correspondence, it changed from 1-3 days, to 10 days, then 15 days. As said in my previous review, they are not in Hong Kong. They have explained to me that I was not the only person not to receive their goods, so what happened to the others? If they were lost or stolen, I wish I had been told sooner.

I'm not going to keep going on about it, but I know my post service and it doesn't take that long in the UK.. anyway.

In conclusion, I feel it only fair to try them again, but I will pay the extra faster delivery, definitely not second class. I'v had things arrive from Hong Kong quicker, and that's no joke.
I have no desire to be the bearer of bad news to their company, but your can't please everyone, and I was not happy with the situation.

Hopefully this review will somewhat rectify any damage caused with my previous one, for that I apologise, I just needed my goods for work and now the deadline has past.
