It was really a good experience they were fast and on time

I ordered a UKPK Lightweight in the afternoon on Wednesday, it arrived by Thursday lunchtime. Fantastic.

The Spyderco knife is great too.

I purchased the SOG Knives Vulcan Tanto Knife VL03 Arc Lock Knife & the normal blade VG10 steel, the tanto blades are San Mai laminated VG10.
Both knifes are excellent, i was so happy with mine i bought my dad one and had his name engraved on for only £10 (the engraving was perfect).
Also postage was very prompt.
Very happy with the product and the company, well done handyniknaks i will be buying again, soon i'm sure.

I purchased a Tool Logic multi tool from Handy Niknaks.
An email confirmation & dispatch notification was provided the next day. The item arrived within 2days. Although the item was packed well it had been damaged in transit. I emailed Handy Niknaks the morning I opened the package and saw the damage.
I had a return email the same day. I returned the item on a Monday and had a replacement in my hand by Wednesday.

In short, the best online service & support I have had to date.

Very fast delivery, all the proper, quality knives in stock and very good communications. Handy Niknaks were bookmarked after one sale. The fact that they stock W.R.Case knives with CV blades sums up what they are about - best quality at the best price.

Apart from food etc. I do most of my shopping online, but am so often disappointed by online stores happily taking your money when they do not carry stock and have no idea if their suppliers can fulfil your request.
