I’ve been wearing Hanes women’s briefs, size 6 for years. The most recent pack I purchased was a disappointment as the fabric was thinner, less comfortable and less stretchy. A complete waste of my money and time as I won’t wear them.

I have been a loyal customer of Hanes for decades. The women's panties fit me perfectly. I recently bought a package, and it will be the last package I ever buy. As I was taking them out of the package I noticed the material was different. It was thin and no longer soft stretchy fabric. It was cheap material and they don't fit me, I'm constantly having to adjust them. Very disappointing, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Terrible! Spent my hard earned money on items I haven't received! Shipping does not update! They took my money but haven't sent anything! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM HANES! I SHOULD'VE READ THESE COMMENTS FIRST! I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB! HORRIBLE!

Gone very down hill last 10years,appalling quality ,stay away from this product,a waste of money!!!!

I'm very angry and i feel kinda discriminated against because i want to Wal-Mart looking for a deal on boxer's 2X and I'll tell you it was shameful because the deal's they had was S to XL had 5 pair's of boxer's and the 2X only had 4 and the prices are ridiculous!!! Paying 20 dollars for them really Hanes. It's shocking you guy's haven't had a lawsuit being this way. I also seen where they had a great deal on a special with 10 pairs of boxer's for 16 dollars but once again it seems like you guy's have problems with people overweight ripping them off in a pair or more in boxer's. Plus you guy's raising prices like you did need to add a additional pair and for sizes over 42 add 2 additional boxer's. Hopefully you guy's won't be suded over this because I'm telling you i really felt like you guy's are being discriminating on people overweight or in the 2X and higher.

They canceled my order after having it backordered for over a month.

I purchased some pocket T-shirts for my husband. I washed them and they shrunk so much they would fit a 12 year old!! I will not be purchasing Hanes Mens T Shirts again!!

Hanes underwear products have, over the years, gone from good to bad to downright ugly.
Where shall I start?
The fabric is becoming thinner and flimsier in both shirts and briefs to the point that it is almost see through. Yet, they dare call it “premium.” Go figure!
To add insult to injury, the sizes are no longer accurate. I used to wear medium size shirts, Tees and A shirts, but medium no longer fits me although my body is still the same. Likewise, medium briefs used to fit me but I now have to wear large to feel just a tad more comfortable. The only logical explanation is that Hanes is manipulating the thread count and the sizes to save money although the prices of their products have gone up considerably.
Fortunately, new underwear manufacturers are producing better quality and less expensive products than Hanes’s and I am happily breaking the shackles of Hanes and making the switch to these new products.

So long Hanes! When you take your customers for fools they will make you pay. I wish you a chapter 11 pretty soon!

Good product, smooth buying experience.

I bought a champion sweater looks good but the neck was so wide you can fit two necks in a size XL. Plus you can't track your package. I will Never purchase from That site again!!!! Don't purchase the site is a rip-off.

I've always been happy with Hanes but the socks we ordered recently already had one pair get a hole and the underwear I ordered has strings of thread coming off of a pair. disappointed.

I recently bought some Hanes beefy Ts .. Can’t tell you how disappointed I was .. I can remember at one time your ts were the best .. The last few years I haven’t been able to find them in the major stores that are still open .. I have been reluctant To buy clothing on line .. Well my fears came true .. These shirts are anything but beefy .. It’s a shame .. I have beefy ts from years ago and many washes .. They are more beefy that what I just received.. Please help Americans with jobs .. Bring your manufacturing back .. Again very disappointed.. Just got a email from Hanes with 50% off and free shipping.. Even at that these shirts are not worth.. So sad a great company with a good product could go so low ..

The quality of products is very high, we love it.

They canceled the part of my order on which I spent my 30% discount coupon, 20% Christmass discount, and free delivery.
So if I bye it now, I will pay 56% more.
But I will never back.

Thought I was getting a great deal. Instead of getting the advertised 4 pack, I got just 1 shirt. The old bait and switch. Don’t trust this company.

I purchased a four pack of briefs there was three of them I could ware and one pair would not fit a seven year old. I sent a message to the company by e-mail and never heard a thing from the.

On June 13 I placed an order for 6 pair of boxer briefs from Hanes.com. I emailed the company on 2 different occasions to get update on my order. Both times the response I received was word for word identical, my order was processing and I would receive an email when my order shipped, was also told that if my order didn't ship within 28 days, they(Hanes) would cancel my order. July 11 I get the "order cancelled" email , no apology for putting a hold on my checking account for almost a month , which at their choice they cancelled. I find it very ironic that Hanes supposedly values customer satisfaction but after cancelling a month old order , doesn't offer any type of discount or coupons for future purchases, which I guess they already know , unhappy customers are not usually REPEAT customers.

delivered wrong size and could never get anyone on the phone. Stayed on the line for over 30 minutes. They must have a total of one CS rep or what? terrible service for a trusted brand name. They should sell the brand before they completely destroy it.

wow what reviews for a name brand -- i have to agree i am still waiting on an order from april 28th till today the 16th of may-- checked on tracking # and my order is still enroute --had been sent fro raleigh nc --stopped in westborough ma - missent to saratoga ny -then to jersey city nj-then to springfield ma-where it is now ! !amazing-- was going to call customer service --why bother-- i will wait and hopefully get items--but for future i am done with hanes sorry its their loss -- 18 days is much too long-- still waiting

God awful customer service. No reply to emails. If they do reply they clearly don't read or care to address your concerns. Very lazy and unwilling to help. Material quality has diminished over the years like everything else.
