Approximately two weeks ago I posted a note regarding Hanick's ignoring all communication and the return of a faulty Hanick's Pro thermostat unit.
I am pleased to report that I have just received a replacement unit from them by first class parcel post and am happy with the outcome. It took a long time but the matter is now resolved to my satisfaction.

The central heating clock and timer were as described in a sealed box the fitting of it was very easy by a qualified electrician it is working very efficiently quality product.

Disgusting customer care. Returned an item that did not work and they refused to refund or send a replacement. They withhold the money and have no respect for the customers they supply. I do not recommend this seller many more businesses can provide you with assistance that shows respect and common decency towards their customers. I am truly disappointed with the treatment received. DO NOT USE! I returned the box set item. The two part item discussed was provided by a different supplier and it worked. Yours did not. Hence return. You just refuse to refund. Disgusting business ethics

Went in on Friday around 4.30pm transformer had burnt out on my Worcester greenstar 15ri haveing stupid quotes/ no one willing to touch in case it was pcb but service was great had a no transformer in stock replaced and boiler back to working order if I could give 10 stars I would friendly perfect service even managed to pull my leg while I was in and buy some fish from there other business Aqua 23 absolutely fantastic honestly can thank you enough

Like a lot of others on here, needed a replacement controller for my heating system as the screen on my old Honeywell wasn't working correctly after 8 years. Ordered and was delivered the next day. So far have just paired to my old relay box in the airing cupboard and was so easy with the step by step video which you get a QR code for.

Fast delivery and so easy to set up by myself without a professional with my existing CM927 RECEIVER. Explained easily on there website by video .

Re, Problem with this company Hanicks. We can go round in circles Mr Chris Hanson. The faulty pump was returned within a week. All customers have 30 day grace to return items it's the law!!! The customer rights act2015. Which is a implied term of the contract of sale. The item was not fit for purpose and unsatisfactory quality. I'm am in my statutory rights to ask for my £85, to be refunded. Mr Hanicks is full of excuses for getting out of making the refund. See you in small claims court . Mr Chris Hanicks. We needed a replacement wireless thermostat for our old Honeywell unit. With some trepidation I purchased a TotalHome unit from Hanicks and set about installing this. The video by Hanicks was ace and made the whole process so easy that even a techno dummy like me could do it sucessfully. Yeehaaa!
