Dreadful batch
Dreadful batch. Tasted sour and fizzy. First time this has happened. Customer service numbers are out of order and now I understand they’re closing down. Too bad and a real waste of money as ordered two boxes.

Bought this as a Christmas present as it was highly recommended.
2 days after purchasing the yoghurt maker and 12 sachets of yoghurt mix I received an email to say Hansells were closing down. No more yoghurt sachets in the future. Feel completely let down as clearly the Company knew they were closing down.

the yogurt takes about 10 hours to be…
the yogurt takes about 10 hours to be ready but it can be left much longer and it never turns acidic. It is beautifully creamy and can be used instead of cream on desserts as well as a host of other uses. It would be brilliant if the sachets were recyclable.
