They have vaguely promised to replace any unused sachets when they expire, but they stopped responding afterwards. It would make more sense to replace the quantity that I cannot consume now instead of waiting for it to expire. I will leave it to you to evaluate their customer service.

I ordered 36 sachets on July 2, 2024, but the parcel was severely damaged. Fortunately, the sachets inside weren't damaged.

The worst part is, all of my 36 sachets were produced on July 10, 2023, which is 12 months ago, and are expiring in January 2025, which is less than 6 months from now. I'm disappointed by the fact that Hansell's Yogurt UK expects me to consume all 36 sachets in less than 6 months.

Goods well packaged and arrived very quickly.

I have bought this as a present. It's the best yoghurt maker. So easy to use and good value for money.

Informed delivery. Communication good.

Good sale offer, duly paid for. Delivery came through promptly and was well boxed.
Contents were as expected and shelf life reasonable. No issues.

Excellent product, eat it daily.
Very disappointed they seem to have discontinued coconut flavour.
Will just have natural and vanilla.

Very good product with fast delivery

Brilliant yoghurt maker and really good yogurt. Very disappointed though as I bought 2 x 12 packs of yoghurt and all the packs had a very short date, some only a few weeks till out of date! The ones that were reduced on their website because of short dates, had longer dates than the ones I paid full price for! Certainly don’t think this is acceptable. Not sure if I’ll be a returning customer as I’ve never had this problem with the other company’s yogurt I bought it always had more than a years bb date.

First time at using Hansells Yoghurt. I bought the starter kit. Read all the instructions and followed them to the letter making my first packet but after 10 hours I was very disappointed to find that it was still liquid, none of it had set. Out came google and I found an entry that said to use hot hot tap water, not boiling, and then leave for a further 3 to 5 hours, which I did. Happy to report that it then set. Thoroughly enjoyed my first batch. Made my second one without any issue. Don't usual buy flavoured yoghurt, usually have natural Greek, but so far I have tried the vanilla and the strawberry ones, both thick and creamy, and I am planning on trying others. Very happy with purchase.

Delivered quickly & well packaged. Used it twice already and loving the simplicity. Only niggle is there isn't full instructions on the box, but a quick Google found a YouTube video that showed it step by step.

Lovely yogurts, so easy to make and taste great. So much nicer than shop bought and great value for money.

I’m sure it’s just personal choice, but I really didn't like the texture of this yoghurt. Probably others like the rather glutinous mixture….but I prefer a more set yoghurt.

I've been eating Hansells yoghurt for over 5 or 6 years I like the mango and the coconut the best but they're all very nice value for money and very tasty if you can boil a kettle you can make the yoghurt and it is fresh each time so anjoy everyone

I love this yoghurt I usually the Greek or the natural unsweetened it’s so nice to have it fresh every day Easy to make up and store ready to use in fridge plus no waste as packets can be stored in cupboard until I need to make up a new batch The Greek yoghurt is lovely and creamy I use it every day in my granola and fruit

I was very pleased with what l received from the company, the advertisement for this product was spot on, l got exactly what was shown. Making the yoghurt was so easy,done in a couple of minutes, the end result was delicious, will definitely be ordering more sachets, so healthy too,and no milk required, one of the best things that l have purchased, great value,a must have.Well done Hansells!
