I researched 5 manufacturers of CW…
I researched 5 manufacturers of CW lasers and Hanten CNC was the only one to get me in touch with another purchaser. Their experience was good. They said Hanten CNC was very good with after sales support. Since I'm not very knowledgeable about cleaning lasers I knew I would need plenty of after sales support. Since receiving my cleaning laser 1.5 months ago I've had to contact after sales service staff twice. Both times they were able to solve my problems; both problems being user error.

Communication was fast and clear, and every question I had was answered in detail.
The machine arrived well-packed and works exactly as described — strong, stable and reliable.
What impressed me most was the support during and after the purchase.
I had specific requirements for cleaning wood and old coatings, and they took the time to guide me through the settings and adjustments.
Overall, trustworthy company, good communication, and equipment that performs.
I would buy from them again.
