On Tuesday I booked a cab leaving 50 minutes for a 25 minute journey. Half hour after the pick up time, the cab hadn't arrived, and was still "5 to 10 minutes away". At that point it was impossible to make it in time and so I cancelled.
Happicabs charged me anyway. I contacted them online, to which they said they would respond in 24 hours. Nothing. After 48 I contacted them again. They said that they'd refer the case to their Finance department and once again nothing. No contact. No refund.
Posting this online in the hope that someone will see this and actually do something.

When he arrived to collect me and my young daughter, he said I had to pay extra for the fare I offered to add it to my prebooked transaction and he said I had to pay cash or he refused the journey and I had to rebook. Seem illogical that I couldn't pay the firm the extra as a posed to having to pay him cash in hand

Booked a cab an hour in advance. 10 mins late - (hadn’t been marked as on way either) called up was told ‘not to worry’ would be around 5/7 mins. So in total 20mins late. Well I will worry as I missed my train- ended up cancelling the cab.
I have previously had to cancel a pre-paid cab and never got a refund having called 3 times. I suspect this time there will be no refund either. Disappointing and disgusting attitude and service

I booked a taxi for 6:30 to arrive at work at 6:45, but the taxi arrived at 6:41! He texted me that he had arrived before I even arrived!! My work was delayed because of the taxi.

Normally satisfied with Happicabs but in this occasion the driver turned up 30 mins late for a booking I made the previous evening. We ended up missing our train connection and then getting delayed all as a knock on impact of the delay.
