Very reliable and great service. Booked online, driver was outside my house early very efficient and polite. Will definitely booke again with Happicabs, thank you.

Made a very difficult journey to see a friend in hospital,,,,Glen the taxi driver helped me by just chatting,,,,being a genuine soul......💛 It could of turned out not well,,,,,,but he was fantastic....in fact,,,,all the taxi drivers at Witham Happicabs are great...lovely lads and lasses. Easy to booked a taxi, came on time

Driver arrived on time. Despite roadworks blocking our route the driver found an alternative which got me to my destination on time

Took the long way home. Cost £14.40 against normally around £12.5

Stupidly got drunk and lost my phone after a night out as you do 😅 Happicabs was brilliant and delivered it straight to my door the morning after. Brilliant service and will definitely be using them again in the future…. Hopefully without the drama

Disappointing service. I booked a taxi for 8.00am on the 27 Feb to go to the station on way to Heathrow. Taxi didn't show and no sign on App that it had been assigned.

So I called Happicabs and was told that I was in a queue and it would be assigned in 10-12mins, not good enough I'm afraid when I had booked taxi the day before.

It still didn't turn after 10mins and it was not yet assigned to a driver so I called again. Eventually a taxi turned up 25mins late.

Very disappointing service, especially given we were on way to Heathrow for our holidays so could ill afford to be delayed.

The taxi came late even though I booked it 6 hours before. Apart from that, all was good.Chelmsford happicabs.

Friendly driver, on time, overall great experience, would recommend.

I made two separate bookings for 3 people each, but they were merged into one six-seater, which I had not been informed of. As a result, only 3 people took it, and the other 3 people had to wait for 25 minutes before I called you and you sent us a second taxi.

What a lovely cabbie! His car was spotlessly clean and smelt so nice. Arrived in less than 10 mins. Really lovely guy too which is very reassuring as a female travelling alone late at night. Thank you driver 👍

On time. Helpful. Polite. Only 1 problem. Very high step made getting in and out difficult, with dodgy knees.

Booked in advance the day before and received a text confirming details. Morning comes and there is no taxi. I called and was told it was a going to be 15min as they were dropping someone else off. So essentially there was no point of making the advance booking. Taxi arrived 22min after original scheduled booking and the driver didn’t even know the most efficient route. She said she’s not familiar with the area and was called in last minute as she was nearby. She even confessed that the company do this a lot and is aware of the inconsistency for both drivers and customers. If you cannot guarantee the booking, do not confirm. Avoid at all cost, I have now missed my appointment and the whole morning has been messed up.
