I am extremely satisfied with my shopping experience at Happii. My first order arrived after just one day – impressively fast and efficient. Although the mistake was entirely mine, Happii kindly accepted the return of the opened package and promptly refunded my money. Because of this excellent and professional service, I chose to place my next order with them as well, and once again, the delivery was quick and smooth. infinite extensions on delivery time?

I ordered 5 different PC components from happi 13-08-2023. I get the confirmation saying that it will be delivered 15-08-2023 since everything is in stock. It was slightly cheaper in other places but happii had a very shot delivery time of 1-2 days so i picked them. Next day i get an email extending delivery to 18-08-2023 cause the CPU cooler apparently wasnt in stock even though their website said it was? Whatever i'll still get it as fast as if i ordered the parts in other places. Fast forward to 17-08-2023. I now get an email saying it is now extended to 22-08-2023!?!? Now i am really starting to get annoyed since i picked them for their fast delivery. Fast forward to today and i get ANOTHER email saying its extended to 23-08-2023. 100% not buying from happii again this is truly starting to get ridiculous.

Regretted, and all went as it should.

I bought a gardening tool, and i regretted.
Send it back, money returned (minus shipping fee).
Bought return label through Happii.dk, and delivered the package where I picked it up. All fast and easy. No problems.
That is how it should be.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever! Very disappointed. I bought a "Kärcher Højtryksrenser K 4 Full Control" in 09.05.2020. Unfortunately I only realised in 26.05. 2022 that the machine is already defect! I filled out the customer complain form and sent it back according their instructions. Result: straight send back of the defect device with the explanation that the warranty is expired (2 weeks!!). We will never ever buy at Happii again!!!

Good experience

Ok prices - no option for discount

The product is just like I was expected

The product is just like I was expected. Maybe bacause the price? Don't know. Good product and "anopened package" like it was the last 2 time when I ordered from them and received used motherboards. Everything was seattled good for both parts but just for everyone else wanting to purchise motherboards from them, be carefull and check the product very well before start using it.

Good with customer support

2 months later they cancel my order

I made an order for a component that was shown - on stock. After approx. 1.5 months I received a notification with the exact delivery date, but the item was not delivered. Instead, the status of the order was changed, now without a delivery date. When I contacted the support they still couldn't tell me when the item will be delivered and my money was still with them, approx. 2 months later. Since they could not offer an item with a similar specifications and price in return I decided to wait. Few days later, after being in contact with the support, they cancelled my order. The question is until when would they wait to inform me that the order was cancelled if I haven't been in contact with the support and most importantly how can they allow order to be made in the first place if they cannot deliver, why they post incorrect delivery dates and how can they post a delivery date and then cancel the order.

It is difficult for me to agree that it was an estimate since it clearly stated "delivery date 14/04" and not an estimated delivery date. On top of that, the order was updated with that info more than a month after it was placed so I expected that there was enough time to process it and that the delivery date is posted based on the fact that it was shipped etc.

As you order at our side, you will get an estimated delivery time. This is the time it should take for our suppliers to get the products in stock, and send to us. If we, or the supplier doesn't get it in stuck, as expected there will be a delay.
I am of course sorry that this happened in your case. If we end up not being able to get your product from any were we might have cancelled the order.
If you weren't informed about this, it is a mistake, and i apologies for that.
If i can get you to update your review with an order number, i will look into this case and see what happened on our side.
