Here comes another demonic animal to kill...

I thought it had great actors, great concept. But, it seemed like every other show was defeating a demon like animal. It got old. So much more could've been explored as far as the plot went. Or shall I say came and went. I liked it though overall.

Great experience

Great experience, i ordered for 2 products,
1.thrustmaster hotas warthog flight stick and throttle & 2.thrustmaster t.flight rudder pedals at 2pm and received it next day at 11am. Great experience, just for the improvment purposes it would be better if you guys could wrap it more just incase to reduce any probable damages during delivery period. Thanks

I don't know what happened with my package

I have ordered a gift for my friend 8th of December. Delivery was promised between 12 and 13th of December. It's 18th of December, and not even email about the shipment.
When I tried to contact the support, the only answer was, that their supplier can't inform them about delivery time, and they will send me an email when the item is sent. No apologize, nothing. Very unprofessional, and still without any notice of even sending my package off. Afraid it will not arrive before Christmas. I will not order from Merlin again.

lying about the delivery time

states that they deliver products in 1-3 working days, after placing the order I received information that expected delivery date is in 10 days. it has been 3 days after placing the order and it is still processing.

Nice discounts, good variety of products, extremely fast delivery.
So far so good. The purchase & delivery process was fine. I haven't had a reason to contact Customer Service so no opinion in this matter.

Payment issues, fast delivery

They did not accept my Romanian VISA card even though my money was blocked. My money is still blocked to this day and has been blocked for 2 weeks now. This seems uncommon. I have never had this issue before. I had to make the payment again with a Danish card. This was a drag. To avoid this kind of problem, the payment form should have had some validation from the start.

They sent me a very vague email stating that I had problems with my order and me having to contact them. Instead, a better service would have been to call or write me about the problem directly instead.

The support operator was very nice, helpful and straight to the point. Moreover, once the payment with the Danish card was accepted the package was sent immediately and delivered within 2 days.

Overall, the process was slightly frustrating, but I was very pleased with the support department and the delivery time.

Thanks for your review. I have contacted our financial department and they will make sure to contact your bank to get the reservation removed. With a VISA card there will instantly be a reservation when you pay online. The removal of the reservation if a order is cancelled or another payment is added normally only takes a few days. I can imagen that the process have been delayed due to us not having a cooperation with your Romanian bank. We apologize for the long waiting time but glad that you had a good conversation with our customer support.

Good reclamation handling

Delivered a tablet device that was simply not functioning properly at all but the reclamation process was smooth, informative, on spot and got a full refund on the faulty device.

Bestilte vare der stod på lager d 30-12-2014 ordrenummer 41572786
men det er åbenbart ikke på lager alligevel for inde i mine bestillinger står der forventes leveret mellem 13-01-2015 - 15-01-2015 .
Trykker man så på leveringsnummeret for at annullere bestillingen får man bare en fejlside
