Poorly packed, a number of bent pieces that needed flattening before ratchet would fit together, otherwise a instructive jigdsw.

Very disappointing. A lot of the pieces did not lie flat, and one piece in particular was badly bent. I did not feel the quality matched the price.

After receiving the replacement puzzle I realised what the reason is why some of the pieces in the previous delivery were buckled. Although the puzzle pieces are on a sturdy carton, these pieces were first packed in a plastic bag and then packed in the carton box which I think is slightly too small and basically must have been squashed in in order to fit the lid

The larger outside pieces , mostly sea, were slightly bent and would not lie flat to lock into the adjacent pieces. The small inside country pieces were great and very informative.
