So excited about this jigsaw. Unfortunately it didn’t arrive in the time I paid for so I got a part postage charge refund which was fast. When my grandson put it together there was one piece missing and the cutting out of the jigsaw was not great. Disappointed but not as disappointed as not getting any replies to my follow up emails. Still no response

The jigsaw was made of thin cardboard. Some of the pieces were of large strange shapes - and were already bent when I opened the box. So not good value for money because the quality was so poor.
