Your management of the delivery process has been unsatisfactory.
I purchased the item under my own name, and the address shown on my official documents, such as my ID card, is also under my name. The address is correct and fully matches the official records. However, instead of acknowledging that, you focused only on the name on the doorbell, which still belongs to a previous tenant who has not yet updated it. Because of this, I was forced to collect the package myself from your store.

This clearly shows that the address itself was not your real concern—you simply needed to verify that the buyer and the recipient were the same person. If this is the way you manage deliveries, it means that in cases where multiple people live in one apartment but only one name is displayed on the doorbell, the others would face the same problem. I find this unreasonable and illogical.

Ordered one day, delivered the next. Cannot ask for better service.

We were counting on delivering the refrigerator directly to the house under cover, but apparently the driver did not have much experience in driving into a narrow street, and the fear of breaking the manual lift on the cobblestones almost left our refrigerator on the driveway. By chance, my husband had to return from work earlier, he saw this picture and then they delivered the refrigerator in his hands. The experience would have been very bad if he had not had time, considering the rainy weather and the number of cars passing by.

i was yesterday in harrald nyborg odense, Tagtækkervej 2, 5230 Odense M afternoon and i bought a list of things and had to buy volleyball so,i couldnt found it and i asked a short skin girl about it and she just said WE DONT HAVE.but i went inside the web and it said that THEY HAVE IT ,so i kept searching for it and wasting more time then i found a plce where they have a looot of volley balls,so my questionas also im an entepreneur:
WHY U HAVE THIS KIND OF WORKER WHO DOESNT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS??????IN MY COMPANY SHE PEOPLE LIKE HER HAVE NO PLACE IN IT BCZ SIMPLY IT IS INADMESIBLE.

Fridge freezer was advertised at 2499kr but at checkout was actually 2799kr plus delivery. When fridge arrived and unpacked, it was not the same inside as advertised. No ice maker as shown in all the online pictures. Spoke to customer service and they just said that there advertising campaign, had used the wrong pictures 😡 Very disappointing.

But your information is as misleading as your advertising campaign, because the fridge I’ve had delivered, actually has the shelf inlets for the ice maker shelf, so clearly it does fit this model.

In these hot days our fridge stopped working and unfortunately everything went to the garbage bin. We have a garanti for it, so I contacted customer service. I got reply really fast. Søren was really polite and resolved the problem super quick.
