I bought two of the beautiful Morse code bracelets for my daughters for Christmas. They loved them and they're even more special as they spell out their names. Unfortunately, one of the bracelets frayed slightly but we spoke to Pablo, who was so lovely. He apologised and advised us how to rectify this using a small flame, but also promised a new one to be made the same day. I cannot fault their customer service, especially when the products are so lovely. I would certainly recommend them!

I own three rope-style bracelets from this maker/seller. Two of which I have had for over a year and both remain in perfect order, even after wearing them constantly (swimming, in the shower, etc.) for over a year! I just recently purchased a third as I wanted another colour.

Unbelievable customer service, as I had a live chat with pablo through the website, and he talked me through the bracelets to make sure I chose the correct item (I actually purchased more than one due to his recommendation- and i am thrilled with both!).

Quality of the product is great, I think they will be very hard wearing bracelets, which is great for me as I am quite hard on my jewellery!
