Quality service and product
The items we needed for loft insulation were available at Harlow Brothers timber merchants at a good price. We ordered the items we needed online and pretty quickly we received a confirmation that items were ready for collection. We were assisted with loading and was on our way pretty quickly. The floor boarding kits,screws,and support legs required have all been fitted and it looks amazing. Boards slotted together perfectly, the special screws grip tightly and the legs show no sign of movement feeling very safe and sturdy. Very happy with the service and product we received.

Had to give one star to proceed
Absolutely awful customer service and delivery not worth the £25 deliver fee or the paper it’s written on. Give them a wide birth. There are way better companies out there won’t be using them again

Agreed delivery date not worth doing
Entered a delivery date, confirmed, goods arrived at the local depot the day before and then not delivered for 3 days meaning I lost a weekend of the job. Poor response to the complaint, basically tough! Not even a refund of the delivery cost. Will not be using Harlows again which is unfortunate as they are my closest hardware store.
