Sadly Royal Mail let them down. Parcel posted 48hr tracked on Thursday, notified by Royal Mail to be delivered Saturday 9.15-11.15am didn’t arrive until Monday pm.

10 days later and still not received
10 days later and still not received. Paid for Royal Mail standard delivery but apparently it’s been sent via Evri. They’ve had my parcel almost a week. The messages are misleading - said it had been collected be my local courier, now it’s saying at senders local depot. If a company states Royal Mail as the mode of postage why change to Evri. Very disappointed.

We are a small business and occassionally things change that we are unaware of and an old description may be incorrect. On this occassion we immediately sent you a free returns label and will refund you upon return of the bit. I think most people would be understanding of this type of circumstance and would be content with the action we have taken. We appreciate customers who contact us without being rude and aggressive from the onset as we all can make mistakes, I think the key is how we correct them which we have done to the best of our ability in this instance despite the way you contacted us
