To be honest if I’d read the reviews before I placed my order, I probably wouldn’t have ordered anything. My parcel arrived today. Everything was well packed & the order is complete. The items are as advertised. You can’t get better than that. Thank you!
No response to e-mails
UPDATE: I have received an e-mail response so updated my rating to reflect this. Everything was resolved satisfactorily. Order placed on 1st April, received e-mail to confirm the order and money taken but no updates since - I have sent 2 e-mails requesting updates but zero response so far. Based on some other reviews I would l like to cancel my order and order from a larger established brand but no idea how to do get hold of them to do that.

No updates on delivery… no replies to emails requesting info on deliveries.. and then send ME an email asking for review… so here you have it … basically customer service is shocking sadly as the item I ordered once I loved and have re-ordered another one .. taking forever to get to me and no idea if/when it’s coming 🤷♀️

Firstly, the item I recieved looked nothing like the one from the website. I was told I could return it but it would be at my own cost and they recommended it be sent signed for/tracked. This cost me just over 6 pounds! I sent them the picfure of my receipt and asked would I even atleast get half of the shipping price refunded and was given a flat no.
Days later I have tracked the item myself and seen that it has been delivered and signed for by the company five days ago. They haven't even contacted me to confirm they've recieved I have had to chase this up myself. Plus still no sign of my refund, plus over 6 pounds out of pocket and the hassle of tracking and having to email them myself asking what is going on.
Have now received emails from the owner telling me what a horrid person i am for having her in tears over Christmas and asked to delete my review to recieve a refund today! I will happily wait until January for my refund. I see looking at other reviews here that people have had similar problems so I do not feel guilt tripped at all. Customer service needs alot of work.
After leaving this review on Google I was then sent tens of harrasing emails from the company threatening me with legal action!

Excellent service
There was a mix up over the Xmas period which led me to leaving a negative review. I was very wrong and have deleted it.
I’d like to leave a very positive new one, I spoke to the company yesterday, they assured me the order was on its way and it was delivered today.
In the end it was excellent service and the wooden stars are fabulous.

Lovely cushions in Abraham Moon's Skye burnt orange fabric. Very prompt considering they were manufactured to order and shipped in 2/3 days. Probably would have given 5 stars if a better courier was used. Previous issues with DPD finding the right house so I was somewhat anxious and alert for delivery. Worked out ok this time.

Harrison Cropper is a lovely shop in the little town of Garstang, which has some beautiful pieces. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and delivery of items is always so speedy & items arrive in excellent condition.
I literally recommend this shop to everyone I can!

I would have given 0 if I'd have have had the option. Despite me chasing via email several times about the status of my order, they reassured me that all was well and it was on its way. They said allow 7 working days for pre-shipping dispatch. I thought I'd be patient and wait, even though it had gone past the 7 days. Then today I got a text saying they had refunded my money. I eventually found an email saying that when they came to dispatch my order they found they had no stock- hence the refund. They hoped they had caused no inconvenience!!!!! Actually, they have caused a great deal of inconvenience as this was a Christmas present (had they been honest at the re having no stock, I could have made alternative arrangements - but no they wait until the last minute to let you know, despite having taken my money). Still waiting for the refund. Don't waste your time with this company - poir service and unprofessional.

Beautiful pieces however very frustrating start with the faulty item and long delay in postage. However after a delay in communication the owner reached out and gave myself a full refund and also sent out the same item free of charge.
The new item was in perfect condition I receive lovely compliments about them.

I thought I would shop small business during this pandemic and that is what I did shopping at Harrisoncropper. my parcel came all pieces there( long delivery) however I took off the bubble wrap and saw one of the sides of the stars had come apart took it out and the whole thing just fell apart in my hands ( like it had not even been glued).
I have tried to email them multiple times and Instagram them to get a full refund however no luck
Absolutely love my new candle holder
I recently purchased a new candle holder for my votive candles.
I have to say that the glass candle holder is just lovely. A dark bronze colour with the image of trees on the glass. When lit up it really is effective.
I was very impressed with the price, how quickly i received my item and how well packaged it was.
I will definitely be buying again with this seller.
Give this company a wide berth - Awful Customer Service
My advice to you is to shop elsewhere and this is exactly what I told them. They have such beautiful things but can be sourced at other shops. They ignore your messages and I told them I was interested in a few things from their shop. I think they need some education on good Customer Service. I was introduced to them via an eBay purchase and when I looked at their shop was interested in a few other pieces. However trying to get them to respond well lets say that is non existent. They clearly cant be bothered in getting back in touch with potential new customers. They seem to have plenty time to post numerous posts on their Facebook page ?? Advice stay clear and spend your money elsewhere they don't deserve it !!

I have deleted my review, having now found a way to edit it, under protest and under threat of legal action.
My criticisms regarding lack of response to emails remain.
My criticism of the image used to advertise the product not really resembling the product still remains.
My criticism still remains that the company's agent continued to send unsolicited emails after on 18 June 2019, the company was told: "In the circumstances, I now formally to instruct you to remove my name from any and all mailing lists operated by you or on your behalf.
I also formally instruct you to delete any account that you may have for me. I do not want to you hold in your records any data relating to me.
Please acknowledge this email. Any emails, apart from the acknowledgement, received from you or on your behalf will be reported to the Information Commissioner's Office."
Harrison Cropper did not acknowledge the email and on 19 July 2019 received unsolicited email from reviews,co,uk. I sent a report the ICO.
