Had a few cushions made and as I needed them as soon as possible I contacted Laura via Etsy as they did not respond via email and she was so helpful and got the cushions delivered within a week so really appreciate the fantastic customer service. My cushions just arrived and I’m genuinely impressed! The quality is fantastic and they look amazing in my bedroom. Ordering a sample first really helped me get the perfect match for the room. The whole experience with the company was great too — excellent customer service and a really smooth process. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Cost shop gave me 14 days to return but I told them im away and won't be back in time. Absolutely disgusting customer service and of no help. I will be taking further

They had an address from five years ago auto stored on their website and managed to default my address to that despite me entering my new address. £122 spent on cushions never delivered to me and they are refusing to do anything about it.

Beautiful selection of fabrics and top quality cushions. I found the sample service invaluable as I was able to compare multiple options to my existing decor and then selected cushions which were a perfect fit. Cushions arrived in 2 weeks and are excellent quality. Very pleased and will be shopping again. Highly recommend!

OK, Let's be clear, I am very fussy and will never accept anything I spend hard earned money on that isn't perfect! I can be a pain! So to take a chance and spend hundreds of pounds on cushions sight unseen scared me!

That being said, I couldn't be more pleased with The Cosy Cushion Shop. Specifying my needs on the website was simple, the colours on screen are what was recieved and the quality of material is excellent. Every cushion cover is perfectly sewn and made.

I wanted cushions that weren't available in every high street store that are often inferior fabrics and can look shabby within a few months of use. Cushion Shop product quality and service is actually better than some I previously bough in the Knightsbridge Green and Gold building!

WOW !!! . I usually don't write reviews, because invariably I'm quite disappointed with the quality of an item... not on this occassion.. have just received my cushion covers in a beautiful taupe soft velvet... and I am buzzing with the excellent quality and craftsmanship of them .. I wish I had bought a couple more now !! Look absolutely gorgeous.. Will most definitely be purchasing again from this site... can't stop touching them.. so soft..thankyou for an excellent job done in making these to order . Woo hoo so excited 😊
