Happy with my order
I recently ordered some bespoke cushions from this website of various sizes as I couldn't find anything else to match my living room decor in the everyday highstreet shop. Had to review these cushions really pleased with them communication was great with the seller before with so much variety to choose from I was able to pick just what would go in my lounge perfectly. Great quality and finish on each one and nice to support a small business too by having something unique. Would recommend and buy again.

High quality bespoke cushions
I have just received my cushions from the cosy cushion shop. I am so pleased with the quality of the fabric, they have been made to a very high standard. I was happy to wait the delivery time because they’re bespoke items, better than anything I could find in a store. Super happy & I would definitely recommend!

Great quality cushion covers! Ordered samples beforehand and was very happy with colour & fringe trim which go perfectly with my room. Also arrived sooner than the 2 - 3 week estimated delivery time. Highly recommend!

WORTH THE WAIT
Just received my cushion covers and must say I am really pleased with them. I wanted something a little different, something I couldn’t buy from a shop. I had to wait a while but as they were made specifically for me I understand that. Would highly recommend if you want a good quality cushion cover.

All of our cushions are made to order and customised to each customer’s selected fabric, trim and size. As clearly stated on our website prior to purchase, bespoke and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling off period under UK distance selling regulations.
We always recommend ordering fabric samples before placing a custom order to ensure complete confidence in colour and texture, as screen displays can vary. Samples are readily available via our website for this reason.
We respond to all customer enquiries and remain committed to resolving any concerns in line with our stated policies.

Absolutely Delighted
Absolutely delighted with my cushion covers, having placed an additional order after receiving my first set. The quality is superb and they are great value for money. Did not have to wait long, they were well packaged and the courier service used gave a one hour delivery span so easy to track.

Absolutely love my boucle Cushions! Ordered Samples beforehand to double check they go with the room/sofa and the colour was a perfect match! They arrived quickly for saying they are bespoke cushions and was soo happy when they arrived! The quality and workmanship exceeded my expectations. Well worth every penny as you simply cannot buy these in the shops! Thanks again TheCosyCushionShop and I will be ordering some more for my bedroom in the near future! 😊

Disappointing experience and customer service
It was a shame that the cushions purchased arrived a different shade of the colour than that which was pictured on the website. After being blatantly ignored for weeks, the shop has refused to accept any form of return even under the circumstances of a purchase being unfit for purpose. These items will now be thrown away, a giant waste of money, time, and a let down for the environment.
