I duplicated my order by mistake on already made cushions, and I contacted them in less than 24hrs,to cancel one of the orders but they decided to ignore my emails and post the 2 orders in 1 bag. Now i am stuck with 3 extra cushions I don't need.

I got a dog bed from here which was personalised with my dogs name! He is obsessed with it and it’s the highest quality bed I have ever had! It’s super heavy which means it’s going to last the longest time!

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish my second time ordering from glossy interiors and I bought a bed cushion set which after buying I panicked because I had a feeling it wouldn’t go with my bedroom theme the team at glossy interiors was so quick and helpful with my emails I can’t thank them enough after sending a picture of my bedroom they suggested a nice amount of choices that would match with my bedroom. I received my order 2 days later and I can’t thank them enough it matches perfectly with my bedroom and it is definitely not something I would of chose online so I 100% recommend trusting them if your stuck with choosing what suits best as they clearly know what’s best! Also the quality of the cushions are unbelievable. Thank you Glossy Interiors team

I purchased 4 cushions on their website through Klarna . These items were already made when I purchased them. I received a completely different item and when I contacted them to exchange I was informed that they do not offer refund or exchange. I feel scammed because these items are not bespoke.I did not give any instructions or specific. Subsequently they ignored all my messages. Please avoid purchasing from this company

Fantastic service once again!

This is my fourth order from Glossy Interiors and I couldn't be happier. The quality is really special and Amy is so lovely to deal with. I wouldn't shop for cushions or bed throws anywhere else. 10/10

I have ordered four cushion covers. Order #5765, Two of those were not up to the mark and after I have sent photos, Amy agreed to refund within 5-7 days of returning item. It’s now nearly over 6 weeks since I returned the item but I haven’t had a refund. Not answering emails and no contact number. Very active on instagram for business, yet poor customer service.

Just an update that I have received a refund and an apology soon after this review. Thanks

Only gave this company one star as I had to rate it to leave a review, I have been contacting this company for months about curtains and still had no reply. To busy giving away stuff to bloggers than look after the proper customer.

Couldn’t fault the service and the quality of the cushions is amazing !! I’ve had a few different cushions from this lady and she never disappoints.

Communication was outstanding, and my whole experience was second to none. The cushion covers I had made were bespoke and the quality of them are unbelievable, I love them!
