Customer service, doesn't even know what up to date items you have in store? considering burberry is a british brand and harrods is british? and telling me to call the store itself to confirm. If i order a Burberry cardigan, I expect it to come with the box from burberry, not stuffed in a box without even a plastic to cover it

I was served by Hutokshi at Heathrow Terminal 2. She was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through the chocolate selection in detail. I really appreciated her patience—it made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I ordered a gift for my daughter on the morning of Tuesday 31st March for delivery on 1st April and paid £12 for the next day delivery. I had received no notification that it was out for delivery by lunchtime on Wednesday the 1st so I called Customer Services. They apologised and arranged to refund the delivery charge and said they would expedite the delivery. On 2nd April there was an update that it had been received in the DPD depot at 06.36. I expected that it would go out for delivery so waited for an update. When I heard no more I rang Harrods who said it was in DPD’s hands and hopefully it would be delivered during the day. They sent me an email offering me free delivery on my next order (as if!). In the evening there was an update to say the package was being held in the DPD depot. Today 3rd April that is still the case. I called Harrods and requested a refund and was told that they would have to get it back from DPD and check it before refunding as that is standard refund procedure. Despite my argument that this was not a standard refund since it hadn’t even been delivered in the first place he would not budge from this position. I am disgusted with Harrods service, and upset too. This was a gift which needed to be delivered on time. It has upset me having to chase it up and still not get satisfaction. It is the first time I have ordered online from Harrods and it will be my last. Nor will I ever set foot in the store again.

You need to stop hiding behind your policies and arrogance and actually start treating your customers with some respect. My issue is the same as the last review I left. DPD Peterborough cannot deliver parcels. I have been waiting since Sunday the 29th of march for one order sent in 2 consignments. I have waiting in for 4 days, I got 1 box out of three yesterday. I contacted you on Sunday and yesterday. You told me yesterday that I would receive the second box yesterday, didn't happen. One box is damaged and is on it's way back to you from DPD. Your response to that was that your policy is to receive the damaged item back before you refund customers even though you know I have never received it. Today's response is, we are looking at it our logistics teams take 6 working day's so just wait! Never again.

I buy from Harrods often, although prices are blown up, there are things you can hardly find anywhere else. What I don’t like the most, is the fact they made you pay customs (mostly very overblown) and you cannot opt out. So when I want to buy just one thing, I don’t do it since I pay Customs for the things that do not require paying it. Very money driven company.
But it is what it is.
I gave them 3 stars because of previous experiences. Lately their Customer Service was honestly horrible. I’ve been yelled at, insulted, and most staff os completely unhelpful.
A month ago I bough lot of stuff and among them was a nail polish. Package was stopped in Milan since they needed some additional paper from Harrods about hazardous goods. A simple, probably “copy-paste” paper. Harrods’s CS refused to contact DHL. I trie and tried, and at the end I contacted them myself. What a nice people. They sent in writing what was the problem, and expected answer that same day, it was that simple. If you can believe that they played dumb, said they haven’t received anything and it took weeks for that paper to be delivered. They kept people in DHL UK, Italy and Serbia in disbelief.
That was first big incident.
Second was when I received broken Tom Ford eyeshadow, made a picture and called at once, and being asked whether ai dropped it. I guess that is how their mind works, if they would drop a shadow, they would ask for compensation! What about some common decency? I must say they did send a compensation.
So since I buy from them a lot, I can’t say they are all bad, just need some decent people who would value having a job at Customer Service.

I attended the Estée Lauder counter at Harrods Beauty Edinburgh on the 20/03/26 and asked the advice of the utterly amazing Eleisha.
I’m an older lady (64) and am usually intimidated by younger beauticians who often don’t appreciate the problems of older skin and attempt makeovers that would be more appropriate in much younger people. Eleisha immediately put me at my ease and seemed to intuitively understand my needs and what I wanted to achieve.
I was on a weekend break to the city and was feeling really old due to coping with my husband’s recent cancer diagnosis and the toll this was taking on myself both in mind and body.
Eleisha made the whole experience fun and informative and I came away not only looking amazing but with a bag full of purchases and a whole lot of confidence.
In short we had a laugh and I came away feeling like a million dollars.
Not sure what you’re paying her but you should double it.
I’d definitely recommend your store and whole heartedly thank Eleisha for her amazing patience with me and providing a light for me in this dark time. X

This is my go to store for all my niche fragrances. I Always find the women really helpful on all of the counters. However, my regular visits are always so much more enjoyable when I’m served by Rosie. Not only does she fully understand all of the niche ranges, she takes time to get to know you & fully understands what you’re looking for! What makes her stand out even more is how nothing is too much trouble for her. Rosie is probably one of the reasons I keep coming back to this store. H Beauty I hope you give this amazing lady some recognition because she’s a real credit to your store & keeps this fragrance collector coming back for more . He expertly tailored a selection of scents to suit both myself and my husband, showing exceptional knowledge and understanding of how fragrances complement each individual. I was particularly impressed when he taught us how to layer different Givenchy scents to create something unique and personal.
He made us feel truly valued and gave us a very exclusive, bespoke experience. His level of customer care and expertise was outstanding.
Very little to improve — more staff like Callam would make the experience even better.

If I could give a 0 i would I’m a regular customer being going to Harrods with my husband and children for years I have got to say the staff and customer services is diabolical absolutely should be ashamed of there selfs and there behaviour towards me and my family from being racist and aggressive and when they realized they got everything wrong they changed there behavior and wanted us to just be like that’s ok which it isn’t YOU SHOULD never treat people the way they did which is unacceptable and when my husband write an email in to customer services there response was do not contact us I’m actually so shocked as we have spent thousands and our loyal customers to the store which doesn’t mean anything the management need to seriously take a look into who they hire especially security staff !!! disgraceful and I will not be returning as it ruined my 7 year olds birthday.
