When we entered Harrods intending to visiting the Jellycat Airlines store, we weren’t aware that a ticket for each of us was required in order for us to enter the Jellycat area. So as soon as we reached the entrance on the fourth floor, we were told that we couldn’t enter unless we retrieved passes from outside, which seemed diabolical at the point that we had reached the area. The queue for tickets went down the street, and although we expected that the process would come with the advantage of the store’s capacity being kept under control, we were greeted with an overload of stress when we walked in. It was so crowded that there was little space to walk around (and must have been even worse for those with pushchairs,) which made it an incredibly overstimulating and uncomfortable experience. Everywhere you stood, you were stood in the way of somebody else. Everywhere you stopped to look at a toy, you felt so on edge because it was like you were being pushed around due to how small the space was. It was all so unnecessary, and left us feeling drained. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I booked the Pillow Talk experience at Charlotte Tilbury and was looked after by Sophie, who was so friendly, professional and helpful. She explained the products she was applying, and checked in with how everything was as we went. Sophie listened to what I needed and the questions I had, making sure I got the right products to suit my skin and needs. I was delighted with my makeup when she’d finished, and was more than happy to have her help me pick out the best products to purchase.

A few days ago, my girlfriend and I bought lamb and mince from the Harrods Butchers when we opened the lamb yesterday, it had a terrible smell when we checked the expiry date its showed it was already 4 days past its expiry date at the time we bought it . This is unacceptable and very disappointing for a store of your reputation.

We had the most amazing time discovering new perfumes with him and our experience has only enhanced our love and appreciation for perfume. All the staff/reps were amiable and welcoming, happy to chat about beauty and brands with customers without the usual sales pressure. They were knowledgeable and excited about their products and politely managed their attention between customers. I was very impressed.

Being a dissabled customer i struggled a bit, but the amazing Jack came over to help me with my needs, and took me to the front of the queue and served me instantly so that I didn't have to queue in my chair. What a genuinely nice guy, a gentleman. I left feeling special, but all the Harrods staff treated you like family. Great experience.

Today I was served by David at the Harrods gift shop. David was engaging, very friendly and polite; he took his time with me and didn't hurry me off for the next customer, even though it was busy. We also had a lovely chat about the Harrods products (in particular the foldable shopper I bought). He's a credit to the store :)

I was looking to buy a fragrance to build my collection up and was guided by Susan to a brand that was good for people just discovering niche brands, but still showed me other brands that I could explore in future.
