I am very happy with products and the amazing service - highly recommended!

Buyer beware. Ordered Lego kit and got some fake knockoff garbage. Came in a box that looked like it was drop kicked from China to the US. Piece don't fit, colors don't match, instructions are hard to discern. Wish I'd spent the extra $20 to get the real thing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It was meant to be a genuine Lego box, but is a cheap Chinese copy. They did not even bother to send it in a box. Dreadful.

This is a total scam. I order a LEGO set for my son and it took over a month and it was completely counterfeit. No box, bags weren't numbered and he can't even enjoy the LEGO guys because the hands won't fit into the arms. They basically stole my $55 of hard earned money from my child who saved for it and now I have an extremely disappointed 7 year old.

I ordered my grandson a Toy Story set on 06/22/18 and paid 27.88 and still haven't received my order. I sent email and haven't heard a response. Bad Business

A good first experience. The toy was nice looking and good quality. Love the safe close lid which is perfect for my 1yo. Website was easy to use and fast shipping. Arrived to me in Melbourne in a few days.

THE COMPANY HAS NOOOO PHONE # TO CONTACT, BUT ONLY A EMAIL WHICH THEY NEVER RESPONSE OR REPLY BACK TO TO SOLVE A ISSUE. I GIVE THIS FAKE COMPANY A BIG FAT "-F" GRADE. I ORDER A STAR WAR LEGO KIT....THEY GAVE ME "STAR PLAN" FAKE LEGO KIT IN A TINY BROWN BOX.....REALLLLLLY OMG!!!...THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY BACK TOO!!!

I was not very confident after reading some of the negative feedbacks here but still placed an order. And I had the unfortunate experience of ordering the wrong colour toy and they promptly replied to my email requesting a change. I was very impressed as this sort of fast service and can't complain.

I wish I had seen these reviews sooner. I too ordered a LEGO -- or at least I thought I had. I paid $62 LEGO, which is very close to the MSRP. However, when I got the shipping receipt it was described differently, so I dug a bit, and found I was getting a knock-off from China. I will be attempting to contact the company and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company, as this was false advertising! I am very angry!

I ordered a LEGO set. Only after ordering did I realize they had mismarketed it and in fact I would not be getting what I ordered. They were sneaky about the pricing and labeling so as to make you think you’re getting a good deal, when in fact you are being scammed. Do not order from them! I will be contacting BBB today if I don’t see an immediate refund.

I made my first order from Harrytoystore 3 week ago. We got a little car for my son and he couldn't be happier. Only problem, I ended up buying a helicopter myself! :) A good first experience.

The reviews are correct. This is a scam website. Do not buy the lego, I repeat;

Read carefully and you'll see that they're not selling lego at all. It's very hidden in the descriptions. How they justify using Lego's own pictures is beyond me. Do not use this toystore for any reason.

Ordered Minecraft legos, waited 32 days and received a small box of Chinese building blocks from some small village in china. Emailed company 3 times and no response.

So I purchased a "minecraft diamond foam sword" from harrytoystore for my son. This will be the 3rd sword I have purchased for him and makes 2 that we now have in our home. After finally receiving it today and opening the package (which left a lot to be desired) 2 things jumped out at me. 1, before I opened it actually, I could see that it was noticeably bent. 2, this "official minecraft product" is NOT official. The outer blocks designing the verticle handle stop of the sword is BLACK which anyone fluent in minecraft knows that this isn't right. NOT HAPPY and I will be contacting them and I will update everyone on the outcome as soon as I can.

The 24/7 customer service is a joke. I have sent 3 emails about my order with no response. I tried to call them and the phone number doesn't work. They claim that there is a live chat feature on their website, but it's not there. I got an email stating that my package had been shipped, but DHL does not have any record of receiving it. They already charged our card, so looks like it's money down the drain. I might threaten to call the BBB, like one person did to see if that will get any results.

Harrytoystore.com is a scam.

Order placed 12/7/17. No response from seller until 12/14/17. Was told that item was delayed but had now shipped. DHL tracking number is invalid and DHL has no record of the package. Repeated attempts to contact retailer have gone unanswered. Escalated this situation via PayPal, still no response.

I have had a great experience with Harrytoystore.com, arrived within 10 days of purchase. I didn't have to pay any hidden fees(live in Norway). They have great sales at the best prices combined with AWESOME service, thank you!

So glad I have found this site, it has saved me a fortune. My delivery came quickly, I haven't returned anything so can't comment on that. I can't wait to buy more from them....overall 5* experience.

They only answer your emails when you threaten to contact the bbb on them for fraudulent service. I have emailed them several times that I want to return the items that I was going to get and have finally been shipped from CHINA.They will not answer me. Do not order from this company as you will not get the proper items that you order and if you do it will take forever to get them as they seem to all be coming from China.

I had a good online experience when I ordered 5-pack bunch of water balloons. Shipping took some time but is reliable.
