Retraction (sort of) for Harrytoystore negative review.
I ordered a $40 toy on November 30, 2016 from Harrytoystore. It was supposed to arrive by Christmas but didn't show up until the end of January! After about 20 emails to them, with no replies or confusing
replies, I was happy to receive the toy in fairly good condition.It will now be a Valentine present I guess.
Apparently it had been lost on that slow boat to China.
So I am retracting my angry review.It DID come.
But I will never order anything from Harrytoystore again.

Horrible Customer Service
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Look elsewhere for "deals."
I purchased a lego set back in November, and three weeks later my order was still "processing." I sent an email to customer service, who responded saying they implemented a new ordering system that still had some items that need to be completed, and they didn't expect so many orders this month... it is Christmas after all. Shouldn't a company be prepared for these kinds of things? After repeated emails and them not responding, I have had to escalate my claim to PayPal. Now my purchase is listed as being "on hold." Whatever that means. I would have loved to give this company a second chance, but I will never purchase anything from them again. Ever. And you probably shouldn't either.

I ordered an expensive set of Legos and I received a bag of legos wrapped in bubble wrap, with an instruction manual. When I contacted the company, they told me I should have read the description closer and will not send me a shipping label to return.

Sell knock off toys labeled as Lego!!
I purchased a Lego Star Wars set from the website, which is clearly marked as a Lego product. When I received it, Not even in a box, just a bag with more bags in it and a instruction manual. It is called Space Wars not Star Wars on the instruction manual and made by BELA. Do not order products from this company. They will not pay for the shipping to return the product even though they falsely advertised the product. I need to get the Lego company involved to see how they feel about this website stealing their photos and Lego name to sell their knock off products!!! So mad right now!!!

I placed an order with this company 10 days ago. Not only have I not received any confirmation emails but my password on my account no longer works and when I ask for a password reset email it says it sent me one but it hasn't. I then emailed the company itself and have not received any response. They've already taken my money!!! I'm livid and very disatisfied with everything about this store. Don't get robbed! Don't lose your money! This store is a scam and a thief! Do not use this store!
