I purchased the Hartman Capril from Gates garden Centre and it was delivered within a week, the delivery team were excellent the same as the furniture, however there is a missing part that I reported to Gates and I am still awaiting a response which is disappointing.

Delivery excellent, guarantee a bit disappointing.
Delivery excellent. Appears good quality. Bought because other aluminium furniture has corroded and its paint peeled off. Disappointed that the "guarantee" small print specifically excludes corrosion (oxidation) and paint peeling. In the sales blurb it stresses that being aluminium it can be left out all year and will not rust - well true because rust refers to the oxidation of steel not aluminium - but somewhat disingenuous
However we will see how long it lasts.

Fabulous Garden Furniture

The corner set came on day requested. Instructions were easy to follow. Product is very well made and so far provided an excellent seating system. I would strongly recommend Hartman outdoor products.
Only negative issue relates to the quantity of packaging provided.
