Faultless sales service and product

The KitchenAid mixer and several additional attachments arrived in excellent condition, well packaged and all together in one delivery. Purchasing through the website was straightforward and despatch and delivery could not have been faster or more efficient, despite the Easter weekend. I was absolutely delighted with the entire purchasing process. Many thanks.

Excellent customer service.

We ordered a set of stainless steel cookware, it was delivered promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately we had to return it as the specification was wrong for what we required, nothing wrong with the actual pots and pans. We returned said items and shortly after received a refund. The refund possibly was made the same day as they recived the parcel . Really good customer service, no quibble, no delay. Just how one would wish every company to be, sadly many aren't. We were sorry we had to return the items as this company is deserving of peoples custom. A decent business with good operating practices. Would recommend.

Excellent quality product

Product is of excellent quality and items arrived in time. One of the coffee spoon sets arrived with all spoons loose inside the box, rather than fastened with the provided bands. There was no noticeable damage to the cutlery, therefore there was no need for exchange or refund, but it is something that is worth paying attention to.

This is the first time I have used Harts of Stur. Great experience and a super price for the Harkila base layer I purchased.
