I have been going to the Harveys located in Brampton 10900 Hurontario st. For years. The restaurant is clean. The food is fresh and the staff are very nice. Bharti P always has a smile on her face and is welcoming when I come through the drive thru! Great experience and yummy food!

Iwas served by a person who wen t over and above " the job" . This woman created me with a genuine smile and a great attitude, normal for this location. She then noticed that I had a walker and took all my food to the table, when I was done, she was again at my table and cleared it cleaned it. She did this all without making me feel like I needed help ,, you know? A special person

Your pickles are as awesome as always. My cheese burger did taste pretty good. I haven't eaten at Harvey's in years. I expected a flame broiled/grilled burger. It tasted like it was cooked on a flat surface like all other fast food restaurants. It's supposed to be cooked on an open flame. That's what I remember long ago I guess.

Shrinkflation and inflation alive and well here. Harvey’s used to be the premium burger joint. What happened?

The size of the fries was reduced by half. Also the original hamburger is the size of a regular McDonald's one.

I opened my bag . Fries where cold . My original double was terrible I said I wanted everything. ( No Mustard/ Hot peppers/ and Hot sauce) I got very little ranch dressing , 2 slices of tomato/ 1 small slice I dill pickle and maybe a tea spoon of onions, The only thing I enjoyed was the ice tea 😔 😟 my bill came up to $14:45 The store I was at was 7011 Tecumseh rd

Went for lunch and our burger was great as always. Amanda is alway friendly and greets you when you come in. Great service and freindly staff.

Ordered the two burger classic special and an order of frings for me and my husband. The onion rings were soggy and both onion rings and fries tasted like that they were fried in "old" oil! Needless to say they went in the garbage. Not to mention that our receipt was thrown on top of the fries and onion rings in the bag. Burgers were okay - soggy bun could be improved. (King St. Oshawa location)

Had not been to Harveys in a while. Stopped in. Person took my order was very helpful and very, very polite. Hard working staff, probably paid min. wage and struggling to pay bills. You could see it in their faces but they kept strong. I felt sorry for them. They did their jobs and did it very well. My heart went out for them. All three employees deserve Kudos and I did write the company.

Hello, I have been a loyal Harvey's customer since the inception.
Once Tzatziki sauce was introduced I was even more impressed.
My Last Visit, I ordered a Big Harv Angus with Cheese, then as I waited I l was surveying the condiment bar, I asked the counter chef do You have Tzatziki, she replied no, we don't have that anymore.

I immediately cancelled my Order, and left, so SAD, the last Time I will ever enter a Harveys.

Was at the Harvey’s in St.Thomas today and the drive through service was excellent, friendly and even though my buffalo chicken wasn’t ready they made sure I didn’t wait too long and the smiles and thank you a go along way!!!

I wrote my original review on August 2, 2023. Today, August 14 update:
I contacted Harvey's again today to get a status update.
Harvey's had reimbursed my account on four of the eight withdrawals they took from my chequing account. When I spoke to the Rep. They stated they sent back Five payments of the Eight. This was incorrect, they returned Four payments totalling $155.08. There is still $152.25 outstanding.
Long story short after two weeks, several emails and phone calls, they still did not make this right.
I will do a follow up after the final resolution.

The Swiss Chalet at Appleby Line in Burlington has the worst Customer service and The Corporate Office of Swiss chalet Harvey's is even worse than the stores Corporate won't even A Acknowledge Customers Complaints Terrible Customer Service

The restaurant is very clean. The staff member behind the counter was very friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoyed the meal very much.

Harveys@ cyrville ottawa : Skimpy burger toppings- i only had ONE topping and received only a teaspoon worth! Onion rings were soggy!

I normally find harvey’s great but this franchise location’s order was poor!
