Absolute crap compared to the way their burgers WERE!The hamburger patties are almost paper thin.And,the patties taste like the cheap steakette garb!What happened to the great burgers?I will never step foot into a Harveys again.Also,the fries are junk now.Frozen thin and not tje same at all anymore!!!!!Harvey,s just SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Used to be a regular Harvey's customer, but hadn't been for years since the quality has gone down, and prices have gone up. Because of the 2 for $8 special this month, I thought I'd give it a go. Worse than I remember! Not served hot either! Not going there ever again. This was Alcona location, but I doubt that makes a difference.

The Harvey’s in brantford is horrible. The little boys that work there clearly have not had their frontal lobe fully develop yet because they can’t even comprehend a simple order. every time I’ve gone there the little boys working at the drive thru get my order wrong and always forget an item.

Harvey’s in Welland On was horrible was there this week and had horrible customer service by a lady named Ann, i usually don’t write reviews but this same women has been rude to me in there before and people I know. Won’t be going back there again!!!

I went in around 12:15 am, on Jan 7th 2023 600 Montreal rd. Ottawa ont. love the fact there open late! ordered the grilled chicken.. When it came had slight grill marks, was one bigger piece. I said to the girl that took my order, and was doing the condiments. This does not look done. She said oh yah it is.. Hmm how does she know? did she have a thermometer in her hand!, The cook obviously was clueless on cooking anything! went back to my truck it was dark, took a bite it appeared to be not as nearly done as it "Should" have been.. On Monday i was on the toilet for 1 hour.. did some research there are 6 pathogens you can get from undercooked chicken.. This place is totally discusting, there rude uncaring. They appear to be a family run franchise.. Stay away from this Harvey's location. I have been eating Harvey's all my life , with no problems at all until i went to this Location!! These People are uncaring rude franchise owner's stay awaaaay...

Worse food I ever eat we got diarrhea so if u wants to waste your $$and get sick go to harvey..

Today I deleted the Harvey’s app from my phone. I no longer trust it. This afternoon I placed a mobile order for the Harvey’s near my house in Waterloo. When I got there they didn’t have a record of it. They insisted I must have the wrong store. I showed them the order confirmation email, and the credit card charge. After a short discussion the best they could do was give me an 800 number to call and fix it myself. Didn’t exactly scream “please continue to be our customer.” And to add insult to injury, when I dialled the 800 number I got the Swiss Chalet call centre and the person I spoke to said they couldn’t help me. Hilarious. A moment later my phone rang. It was a someone from Harvey’s letting me know my order didn’t go through (duh!) and I’d get a refund. And since I was at the restaurant I could just place my order again. This was a half hour after spinning my wheels at the restaurant already. At that point I’m steamed. I left and went across the street to McDonald’s. The restaurant could have simply accepted there was a mistake and made my order for me when I got there. But decided to brush me off. Message received.

I have been going to Harvey's on Sportsworld Drive in Kitchener 7days a week since April 2018. My experience there has been excellent. Everyone is fantastic, especially Inderpreet. I plan on continuing to go every day for the forseeable future.

Ordered poutine, drive through, no fork, ordered a 4 piece nugget combo, no fries. Harvey's Kanata Centrum Ottawa. Very disappointed!!

The staff at a restaurant in Windsor, Ontario were very rude to me. I called Recipe Unlimited, their parent company, and they took the staff’s side. I wish I recorded the incident. Corrupt

I have ate harveys a few times, and everytime I get extremely bloated, this is the only fast food that does this. Side order was wrong, angus burger was luke warm at best, patty is not much bigger or better than regular patty, (I question if there is any difference at all). Feb 24th, 22 and the lobby is locked and closed, drive thru only. With no vehicle, I am excluded from eating here? This is not right either, every otger restaurant has the lobby open. Cmon Harvey you can do much better

Total disgrace . I recommended them to a friend they charged her £2000 it is eating 2 salt blocks per day instead of 2 a month . Their response when they finally decided to answer the phone disconnect it , it’s not even a month old. I was supposed to get free salt for the recommendation. Despite my best efforts I cannot get it. Their website doesn’t work. You phone and when they finally decide to answer which is very rare they say we will ring you back as a priority , they never do. Tried live chat. Unless you want to book an appointment for a demonstration. Sorry we cannot help you. I suspect the truth is they are going under will only respond to new orders so as to maximise their money then fold leaving everyone with no salt and a useless product.what really hurts is I acutely recommended them to a friend they spent £2000 for a useless product . Now I cannot look them in the face . Disgraceful so called company avoid at all costs

The Harvey’s at the Stockyards has the best customer service I have ever experience at this or any other location. Kayla S was friendly, polite, respectful, very well mannered and has the biggest welcoming smile when you pull up to the drive thru window. Well done on this one Harvey’s!

Just returned from Harvey's. Beware the Pepsistuff cups. The lids don't fit snugly. Lid came off while driving nearly causing accident not to mention the mess in my vehicle.

This was the best experience I ever had at a fast food place. Mitchell was a very friendly and nice employee. He made sure we were satisfied with our food and gave us recommendations for the future. Me and my friend went through the drive thru 3 times because we kept wanting to purchase more. We asked for pickles on the side and he put the exact amount we were looking for. People like him should be rewarded and the world needs more people like him.

They clearly don't check what they put in their food very well, I found 3 pepper stems in my burger, and choked on one of them, this is not the first time i've had food from there that was poorly made

Harvey's food I better than most, however if they won't sell Coca Cola products they should at least have them available. Pepsi products are cheaper to vend because they aren't as good. Take a lesson from Mcdonalds and get with the program.
