i ordered a steam deck 2 weeks ago from this company and have still not received it i then checked the tracking on royal mail and it says unable to attempt delivery so i decided to ring royal mail to see why they couldn’t deliver and they told me it was because the seller had not provided them with the full address and that the parcel was to be sent back all the way to hong kong. Do not buy from this company they are all useless they couldn’t even give the full address which i know i typed in correctly as i have checked

This site is a FRAUD!
Almost 4 weeks passed by and I didn't receive my order #28363 or had any reply from Hashtechguy to my several contacts. The tracking code provided is not working / fake.
I'll report Hashtechguy to Action Fraud (UK’s national fraud and cyber-crime reporting centre) and my Bank to get a refund, due to no reply from Hashtechguy.

Item arrived in good condition, it was promptly despatched and just the British postal system delayed its arrival.

Ordered a GoPro Hero 11 Mini on OnBuy before realising I was dealing with the Hashtechguy. Looking at some of the reviews on Trustpilot made me think I was doomed to loose my £250. After a couple of days I could see it on the Post Office tracking site but that didn’t help the foreboding I felt. It was due between 20th - 25th July. To my surprise it show it was in my local PO Dispatch office on the 19th and it was delivered the same day. Excellent Service and the cheapest price on the internet. Thanks.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMER,I BOUGHT 2 FIRE STICK 4 K MAX,FIRST ONE WORKED FINE,THE MOST RECENT ONE IS FAULTY,I HAVE TRIED EVERY AVAILABLE CONTACT OPTIONS MANY TIMES OVER,EMAILS= NO REPLYS ,WHATSAPP= NO REPLIES,PHONE CALLS= NO ANSWER,I HAVE FILLED OUT THE RETURN FORMS SEVERAL TIMES,BUT EACH TIME AFTER YOU HAVE FILLED THE FORM IN,IT SCROLLS BACK TO THE TOP OF THE PAGE AND ASKS YOU TO SELECT AN ITEM FOR RETURN,BUT WONT GIVE YOU AN OPTION TO SELECT ONE,TOTAL WASTE OF EARTHS OXYGEN,BE ADVISED MR HASHTECHGUY,,THIS AINT OVER, RECOMMEND DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

The company is Hong Kong based I ordered an ipad paid 279.00 no tracking couldn't get in touch to speak to anyone please do not use this Company I ordered on 28th May and still not received item end of June

I made an order of Sony Earbuds via a 3rd party website where they sell items though (Not naming the site) not their fault. Order made Thursday and dispatched and tracking number for Royal mail on Friday but the big problem is the tracking number does not exist on Royal Mail. I have messaged over the weekend and still no reply’s back.

Update as from 19th June the 3rd party website site I used to order item though has send message this morning but they haven’t had a reply either or updated tracking.

I echo other peoples experience of this company. I have sent them a message and a WhatsApp message days ago, but they’ve still not replied. They’ve not provided a tracking number, but within hours of ordering, they emailed me to tell me that the item has been shipped, but how on earth do i know if the items ordered are indeed in transit, if indeed they are at all? Reading the reviews, I’m seriously concerned that this is an unethical scam site, and if i don’t receive my orders by the dates given, plan to reach out to the relevant UK authorities, to get this site closed down.

UPDATE: We have received the items that i bought within the time frame, but i won’t be buying from these guys again. Firstly their site uses a .co.uk domain name, and yet they send all items from Hong Kong. I received no tracking information, so i had no idea where my items were. They have no UK offices or presence so all in all, the cost savings aren’t worth the worry it caused buying near £600 worth of tech!

They never reply re my order. I’m going to cancel as they obviously don’t care! Good riddance!

I have read some terrible reviews about this site after I ordered a iPad on the 3rd of June so I was a bit worried. But it came this morning the 13th of June well packed and Royal Mail kept me informed of its progress through there app. So all can say is my experience has been very good

The seller posted the fake item. I have ordered the GoPro 8. When I received my parcel, I opened the box and found it inside GoPro 3+ in the original case of GoPro 8!!! I thought I am having a bad dream. I could not believe it is true.
I have messaged the seller, HE BLAMES ME THAT I AM A FROUD BUYER, THAT I HAD PUT THE OLD MODEL OF GOPRO IN ORIGINAL GOPRO 8 BOX. I EVEN DID NOT KNOW THAT GOPRO 3+ EXISTED IN THIS WORLD BEFORE I RECEIVED THE PARCEL.
ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!!
