Been trying to cancel an order for a set of Sony m4 headphones nobody picks up the phone or replys to email or messages. This seems to be very much a scam company not based in UK but Hong Kong buyer beware prove me wrong and make contact with me to discuss the cancellation and refund of my payment . Update finally had to get pay pal to refund cash.

Although the delivery takes a little longer, it's compensated by the discount prices and excellent products. I will definitely be use you again 🤠🧑‍🦽🙂👍

Good product, good to deal with

The Item sent to me was with an EU charger, they knew it was for UK so it should have been shipped with a UK Adapter not an add-on cheap converter
Which came with it, as to fit a Fire stick behind a TV with an add on adapter which protrudes out 6-7" is vertually Impossible.

Purchasing was straightforward ,with delivery as stated, with a good quality ,original item.

I orderd firestick but it was faulty. When i contected about faulty product reply very late. I have to pay for return postage even its not my fault.

Best price for the firetv stick I could find, will keep an eye on their website in the future, thanks.

I've used them twice to buy Apple Series 8 watches and the pricing has been very good. They would get 5 stars but it does take quite a while for things to arrive 2-3 weeks from memory and the tracking is pretty useless. But, I did get the goods at a discounted rate and there have been no issues and they do make it clear that you will have to wait a while for things to be delivered. I'd use them again as long as I've got plenty of time to wait.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is fraudulent, scamming people. Bought speaker, it broke within 2 months (suspect it is fake) and they dissappear. Website makes it look like they operate out of UK, they don't. Contacts are Hong Kong and they don't answer.

AVOID. Same experience as everyone else seems to have, received a faulty product and under warranty but no reply to emails, WhatsApp or calls for the last month. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
