Only 1 star because I couldn’t select negative stars. This company is a total scam. Advertisement for bras with great qualities but what you receive is junk with no redeeming qualities. Try to get a refund, they urge you to accept the crap with an $8 credit and a future coupon. Then you are told you have to pay shipping back to China, but they don’t recommend that. We received over 40 emails all hovering a little credit, then it changed. Give them a 5 star review, close the credit card dispute and you can have your money back less$9.99 shipping and you will get a credi. Nope 15 days later nothing. Total scam

I ordered the panties that were leak proof and was very surprised how well they kept me from having an embarrassing moment. It took away all my anxiety and concern.

This company tries hard to satisfy any issues you may have regarding sizing. They respond quickly and give you many options to solve your fit issues!

Bras advertised as "orthopedic" and supportive. In truth they have no support or elastic to hold them in place my breasts slide out of the bra and slip up or down as I move. Worse than wearing nothing! Very poor quality and customer service has so many requirements that it is pointless to pay for return only to lose more money. This is a scam by every definition of the word. Apparently they will return money if you promise to write a good review - really???

Bras are fantastic and support my posture wonderfully. I could not recommend them more. Customer service was extremely helpful when my bras were smaller than I thought. Gave me a free replacement in the sizes I wanted, and advised against returning them because the shipping fee would be cost-inconvenient.

They did everything possible to resolve my issue. Communication was great!

My order was made with speed . Good perfect colour and fabric , lovely lace. This is my second order of this bra and my third is on the way. So much comfort and support . Wonderful product

Very disappointed. I ordered two of their bras. I don't know what I was thinking. I should have ordered one to try it out. They ride up and expose my breasts under my shirt which was very embarrassing. Try to return and they offer me $5 even though I paid $29.99 for them and a coupon. Their description of their products are very very misleading. I would not purchase from them.

I ordered 2 bras 1 beige, 1 black in size XXL per their size chart. They are much too small since I wear a 40 D. I was charged $57.96 on my cc.
I am trying to contact the company or representative to return the bras but have not been able to locate a phone number or local contact. I should have checked for reviews before ordering. Plus, now I find that they are available many places much cheaper.
How do I get a refund? Please advise.

Paid $110 for 3 bras 2 in the size using their guide to fit me were too big and the smaller one had absolutely no support i was bouncing every step i took. No difference in my posture, the bras I bought from temu for $10 each were better than these

This company is another one of those scams from China. Do not order from them!! If you are not apply with your item you have to send it back to China for a refund at your own expense. I saw something on instagram from this company. I looked at it but decided not to order it. They were able to get my information and put the order through. I did not want the items but I am stuck with them. It would cost me over $50 to send them back. Terrible scam.

Terrible company. I would give zero stars if I had that option here. The bra is not adjustable and their "return" policy is a rip-off! Beware this company!!!!!!! Let me be specific. I paid $56 for two Terrible bras and received a FIVE DOLLAR "refund." When I complained, they emailed back, "Is this a threat?" Ugh.

I received the product in a timely manner and Hatmeo’s customer service is excellent. I liked the color, and the lace they used for the item that I purchased. I recommend Hatmeo.

Terrible item. Bad fit in all dimensions. The thin flimsy fabric gives no support and there is no way this bra will improve posture. Purchased through Amazon. No seller response after several days. Caught in an endless loop trying to file an Amazon claim. Unfortunately purchased several of these and will probably lose all my money. Do not buy.

Super comfortable plus easy to put on -no hooks, front closures, etc. no fat bulging anywhere. I fell asleep in one of-no problem or discomfort. After my initial order of 2, I just reordered more.
