They treated me respectfully & tried to replace the bras that didn't fit. I do think they ran small. The quality is good though

This company has excellent customer support. I had difficulties with my order and when I emailed them they responded within a few hours helping me resolve my problem. Very kind and courteous! Every company should be this responsive to its customers!

The products are cheap and do not withstand being washed. Most annoying is that they make you pay for return shipping to China and offer you a voucher for 50% of what you originally paid to get the correct size or simply make a return. The people in customer service speak very harshly to the customers via email and try to bargain and talk down to customers. They have no idea how to deal with the world outside China.

I feel scammed. Size is grossly inaccurate. At best the XL and 2XL was an A cup. It sagged, looked awful, did not fit. They offered a $5 refund with a $30 coupon for other products from them? There was a gaslighting email reply about how not all bodies are the same or a perfect fit. Asked if actually asked me if I'd rather resell it myself? Have to pay S&H to return and they won't offer a return label or give an address to return to. Email is only way to contact. I am a normal 40 C. Finding bras has never been an issue. I am not an abnormal size person. Scam. $57 in the garbage. Don't buy.

Product is misrepresented and cheaply made. The product I received could not support anything. ha very little elasticity. I asked to return for refund of $48. and was offed choice of $6 refund or choose something else and pay $9.99 shipping. Some customer service. Ladies save your money.

This bra is not what was advertised! The size is incorrect according to their size chart, it offers absolutely no support, and is one of the most uncomfortable sagging bras I have ever worn. A total waste of my money.

I ordered 3 bras, free postage, they were too small on arrival. Following a few emails, it was agreed, that I could keep those 3 bras, to save return postage. I chose 3 other style of bras, H204, in a larger size, which I paid the postage. The new bras have arrived, I am very pleased with them, they are really comfortable and well made.

I had a return and they worked with me, they answered my texts promptly to get me my refund.

Hatmeo's customer service team are extremely knowledgeable in helping me resolve an exchange of a product I purchased. Not only did they keep me updated with my order but they "walked" me through step by step on how to resolve my issue. I have NEVER experienced that kind of service with companies I have used in the past. I would like to acknowledge them by name. It was Fe and Geraldine that guided this 74 year old grandma and I am very grateful for their help! Bravo to Hatmeo for having capable customer reps!

Hatmeo has been cooperative when I informed it that the bras were too big, making a very fair arngmt to give me an exchange for the correct size. Way to go, Hatmeo!

Had a sizing issue with my initial order. Contact customer service about issue. Was told not to return for hygiene reasons. They will re-send correct size and all I pay for is shipping.

I was very impressed with the way my query was dealt with. The bra I bought was too small and I was offered an alternative which I gladly accepted. I shall certainly use them again.

The bras are very comfortable, except the sizes run small. Order 2 sizes larger than the size guide indicates and you will love the bra.

Total scam. The item is not as detailed- satisfaction guarantee is non-existent

I recently purchased a bra from Wmbra and found that it did not fit me. The customer service team offered me a £20.00 discount code on a new bra. They encourage me not to send my recently purchased bra back due to high postage charges and the inconvenience it would cause me.

I was delighted with the result. The communication at customer service was excellent, they got back to me very promptly, and were polite and courteous.

Customer service was most cooperative with bra that was too big. They do want to please the customer.
I'm waiting for the correct size. I'll let you know if it fits
