Hatmeo is a RIPOFF

If I could give Hatmeo a ZERO, that would be accurate for them.

I wanted to return the four bras I purchased. I don’t like them at all! They are cheaply made and they do not look anything like the advertisement.
They are cheap pieces of lace with no support at all. Hatmeo is a total RIPOFF!

Hatmeo advertises the following:

30-Day Return Guarantee
For Unsatisfactory Orders Within 30 Days, If You Are Not Completely Satisfied, Return Them For A Full Refund.

Hatmeo’s Customer Representative offered me a $40 voucher and a refund of $6! Now why in the world would I purchase anything else from that place?

When I finally got an address to return the cheap pieces of lace, they called bras…Hatmeo is located in Shanghai, China. It will cost a minimum of $60 to send the bras back.

What an absolute Ripoff! Why didn’t they advertise this before buying these cheap bras.
Please DO NOT buy anything from Hatmeo. They will not honor their own 30 day guarantee if you are not satisfied!

MarieJo bra and knickers

I have had to wait for a delivery from the 10th April and when I received it today as I was not available yesterday for the delivery I was shocked. It was a very poor attempt at packaging lingerie! Not sure if this is because they could not find the product or what but the boxes were battered and open . I have returned the knickers as they are of extremely poor quality and very thin for nearly £46! you must be joking Bra For Me! They will not last at all. I hope the bras do otherwise these will be sent back as well - they are thin but fit okay.
shame I can't show you the photographs. I also want to add this is because there are no shops anymore for women in certain towns and cities to be able to buy bras anymore.

Disgusting I am totally disgusted at the…

I am totally disgusted at the fraudulent tactics of this company. I paid for insurance on my order thinking that would give me piece of mind if I needed to return it. The items did not fit and trying to get a refund is proving very frustrating. They offered me $12 . I paid $90 with insurance and freight otherwise I have to send my items back to China. Even though the insurance states they would cover the return cost. I would never purchase from this company again and I am going to take this further as I think it illegal to charge return insurance and not honour it.
It makes out it is an Australia company until you want to return an item.
Bad Business . Sick of the overseas rip offs. Never again… stay clear
I think we all should get in touch with Consumer Affairs and report this company. We need to take action and hopefully stop the scammers.

Very polite and helpful

The bra was not suitable for me, the response to this was very quick and helpful, offering new, unpadded bra for postage costs only. Always very polite in their responses. Thank you

Bras no good from Hatmeo

I purchased bras on Dec 13, 2024 for a total of $87.00. It has taken me from January 2025 to March 2025 to finally get NOTHING DONE. At 1st they told me to just keep bras, then they started to offer me small amounts of $. Told them I did not want the bras nor the small amounts of money. Then I was told to send bras back to China at my expense & to insure them, after was told to keep them. They were so small could not get over head, they were cheap looking. Only buy from them if you want to get ripped off. I was finally blocked from leaving any type of comment.

Very very disappointed

Very very disappointed! I wanted to return it since it fell apart within an hour of my wearing it. So I wrote to customer service requesting the address to send it to. This is what I got!

Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their domain isn't properly registered at their domain registrar. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

Ordered 2 Bra's $60

Ordered 2 Bra's $60, they are terrible, material very flimsy and poorly make. Contacted them and told them I was sending them back and wanted a refund. I was told I would only get a $40 voucher. I had gone out and read their refund policy and said full refund to whatever card you put the purchase on. They disagree. Please don't buy these bras. Not worth is at all. I took the loose and threw them away because I am not paying the shipping charges they wanted due to having to ship them back. Shipping was like 3 times more than I paid to get them. It is nothing but a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Experience

This companies products are very cheap looking and very cheaply made. The experience was horrible. They offered me a $20 refund from the $60 i spent but only if l left a positive review. It was worth losing money to give this "POSITIVE" review.

Crap

Can't hold up a marshmellow's weight. NOTHING orthopedic about a bra made out of super stretchy fabric with two patches of stiffer fabric over the nipples. I could get as much support from a can of paint. A total waste of money. I gave it try thinking it would work. 1/2 hour was all it took to have my back screaming at me just cooking dinner. Horrible excuse for what it is marketed as. What the company needs to do is actually research what would be a good fabric for support. Print pictures of actual bras being sold, not the fantasy ones being pictured in ad's and their website.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. They charge 29.98 for the piece of crap bra, plus 9.99 shipping plus a 2.99 for return insurance. Then you get the bra it is the most flimsy thing I've ever seen. It takes 3 emails to get a return address. They tell you that you will only get the 29.98 refunded and you pay the shipping back which is $25. Don't get sucked in!
