Shoe order
I ordered some shoes from this company and was advised at point of ordering that I would be better off ordering a larger size,which I did. Unfortunately, they were still too small but with no problem, they will be replaced with a larger size with me just covering the extra postage. I can keep the original purchase!
Wrong shoes replaced swiftly with correct shoes
Initially they sent the correct shoes I ordered but they were too small for me to slip on. After exchanging several emails they sent me a new pair in a larger size if I paid the postage. Well made and very comfortable; happy customer.

we ordered the wrong size bra when I emailed company to exchnge for different size I was asked for order number and couldn't produce one, the person I had been in contact with told me to check my spam or deleted emails...no luck so I really didn't have anything to go onas far as tracking, after a few emails back and forth patience payed off and hatmeo was able to track down order and would replace for right size for just the shipping cost and won't have to return and bear cost of returning item

The All-Comfort bras are the best I've seen. I have tried many other bras and they don't compare in comfort. They are soft but uplifting. The bras have beautiful designs and color choices.
I purchased 6 bras in February
I purchased 6 bras in February. The bras were not as advertised and I immediately started a return process through their customer service. I spent $151 and customer service offered $40 and to keep the bras. That was unacceptable so I wanted to return the bras for a full refund. I had to send the bras back to China where they have been in China Customs since 4/21. The last offer to satisfy my return was $14. Don’t purchase anything from them as they have no US address for returns and they just take your money. I’ve now spent $151 plus $70 to return to China. Unscrupulous company and I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission.
Very Good Orthopedic Walking shoes.
I bought a pair of orthopedic walking shoes. They appear to be well made and sturdy. Very comfortable to walk in. Size estimates seem to be slightly on the small size; I would advise ordering a size (or half size) larger. The 10.5 (UK) size felt like a 10. Company Support were helpful and prompt.
Fast shipping
Shipping was a lot faster than I anticipated which was a treat. Size information by phone was reliable. Bras are very comfortable, no back fat showing which is awesome! Bras launder well, and I hang to air dry.
I ordered 4 glasses
I ordered 4 glasses, 2 Navy glasses and 2 Army glasses and paid for return insurance on March 31, 2025. I received 2 10-oz Army, 1 10-oz Navy glass and 1 8-oz Navy. When I let them know, they said the 2 Navy glasses were from different batches and if I wanted to pay for shipping return, they'd send me the correct glass. I responded that I paid the insurance. We corresponded many times throughout April and May and they would not send the new glass unless I paid $13 for shipping. I refused. Maybe it's a language challenge. I gave up and will NEVER use them again. Sad customer disservice.

Very comfortable bras
Really comfortable bras. I ordered one for my daughter who is very fussy about her bras and she loves it! I needed a different size and the email customer service team are really friendly and so easy to deal with.

I received a lovely pink stretchy bra which fits lovely and leaves no marks and also doesnt make lumps which are visible on the back usually.

These bras are so comfortable
These bras are so comfortable, they barely leave a strap mark. I thought there might not be enough support with the underband not being tight, but with the padded cup this is fine. This is from someone taking size 4L who has undergone mastectomy and reconstruction, leaving that breast slightly larger and heavier than the other. Delivery is fairly prompt by Yodel, too, with parcel tracking.

I had one transaction with them. Despite my repeated attempts to block them I am inundated with solicitation emails. I’ll never do business with them again
Hatmeo Works Hard To Accommodate Customers
The item I ordered was exactly like the picture displayed on the Hatmeo website, it was delivered quickly, it is comfortable and very pretty. However, it didn't fit me and I was very sorry that I had to request a refund. Hatmeo offered many good options but we finally settled on a refund. The refund was quick and I very much appreciate their help with all of my questions and my request was honored right away.

I have not yet received my package and have been dealing with Hatmeo almost daily for 2 weeks now to get them to re-send my package. Today, I received an eamil that stated, and I quote directly: "Thank you for providing the address information, we need to inform you that you need to pay the shipping fee to redistribute the parcel, but if you can leave us a 5-star positive feedback, we will redistribute the parcel for you for free and the parcel will be delivered within 5 days, what do you think about it?
If you agree to do this, please send us a screenshot of the positive feedback, we will redistribute the parcel for you as soon as possible after verification, thank you for your support. (Positive feedback link attached below). Therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating so that I can receive my package without havibg to pay yet more money. I find this an interesting way for a company to get a 5 star rating. I have also said that I would dispute the charge with my CC company and now if I do not receive the package, that is all I will be able to do and I will also share the email about the option of either I give the company a 5 start rating or pay more, this is even after payin the return mail fee at the time that I made the purchase. Thank you.
Worse company ever
Worse company ever. Bra was not 'supportive' at all. Weird pads in front. I asked to return. They offered me $5.00 (I paid 62.85) I said no. They said to ship to China and only put worth as $10.00 and they might refund me - cause it would probably get lost and then I'd be out all my money plus return shipping. Then they offered me $15 to just keep (they are awful...I can not wear) I asked them what happened to the 'free return shipping' - they said they do not have that. I asked what I paid the 2.99 for return ins for.
They keep writing and stalling - probably to get to the month and then use that as an excuse.
Buyer beware. There are other bras sold here in America. ( Like I thought this company was) Buy from them.
