The website was easy to use. They helped us with an unorthodox request, to add a third logo for only 2 of our 10 hats. These are meant for the original members of our group. This while allowing us to keep our 10 hat deal.

Hatstoreworld was very patient with re-designing my hats. The original design wasn't able to fit all the detail, so we had to hit the drawing board again. Viktor was very patient and diligent- thanks Viktor!

When I was ordering some gift certificates from hatstoreworld.com, there was a "mishap" involving me thinking I didn't getting authorization on two separate occasions with two separate credit cards. But in fact, both transactions were approved and I ended up with double the order. It was my fault! Viktor, at the customer service department was totally understanding and extremely gracious in giving me more than one alternative to resolve the entire situation. I feel this company and Viktor are excellent examples of how all businesses should be. They were prompt with their replies, professional and courtesy!
