Good service and great product quality!
When I initially received the hats, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the embroidery results. I contacted customer service via e-mail and received an almost immediate response from Viktor. He sent me back the new embroidered hats, which I received promptly and free of charge! The results were so much better too.
The experience was absolutely brilliant, and I'd recommend the products to anyone!
5 star service :)

Have ordered twice- won’t get fooled again
Have ordered twice. Each time the order goes thru, I receive an email confirmation and am charged. When I check on stays a few weeks later they say ‘it was cancelled’ or ‘out of inventory’ Then it’s a nightmare to get money returned as customer service is basically one person (both my orders and multiple independent inquiries have the same service rep ‘xxx’ responding. It shows as the same person each time. Would steer clear here.

First off horrible customer service to respond to any question you have and secondly shipping is also horrible been 3 weeks still hasn't made it to the United States which I would have never purchased if I'd known it was coming from Germany... Webpage states shipping would take 3 to 7 business days when you're purchasing...

Standard delivery time is indeed 4-9 business days for customized caps with your own text embroidered on as the one you have ordered.
Unfortunately sometimes package might be held up in Customs and therefore some delays may appears :(
Customs work is due to country laws and neither we nor you can impact it.
