Havebike - Collect & Return Reviews 

The Team have been great. I have used Have bike for the last 2 Years. They offer a great service I would recommend them to everyone one. I have had both my bike service and they have need work doing this has been done to a very high standard.

Delays in parts arriving but that seems Universal at the moment. Collection and return service outstanding.This is the third time I have used Havebike and the repairs and servicing have been the best I have found. Highly recommended.

Overall I was pretty happy with the service, my only comment would be around some of the recommended actions they sent through, which either weren't necessary or the labour cost was high.

Pick up and collection excellent. I did have to send it back for something . It was probably minor but my bike experience is nil to fix anything personally. It was responded to and dealt with immediately ,so my experience of the customer service was very positive. I also had confidence in all the advice provided. I might actually get on it again now !

Decent job done overall however:
- Pick up was an hour late
- Drop off was a day later than promised
- Bar ends are not aligned
- Front tyre has come back with a puncture after replacing wheels

Overall I'm very happy with the work carried out on the bike. I had a deluxe service, plus the cassette, chain & rear tyre replaced. It now rides like a new bike, so very happy with that side of things.
The staff are friendly, and they do reply to the emails fairly quickly.
My only negatives would be that the bike wasn't returned as expected when the initial booking was made, it came back 24 hours later, but that's probably due to the additional work undertaken. However I wasn't informed about the extra work until late in the day, and this was via email rather than a phone call or a text message. I ended up having to book an extra days holiday as a result.
I would say the cost was similar to my local bike shop.
I don't think I'll use the service again, but then I don't think I'm really the target customer. I didn't find the collection and drop of service that much of a benefit - I don't actually live too far away from my local bike repair shop. I'm just used to having the bike repaired and returned all on the same day if I take it in and collect it myself, and unfortunately this isn't something Havebike can do.

Outstanding job restoring my bike to practically new condition, and replacing my seized brakes! I was kept informed throughout via e-mail, and I always knew what the next stage was going to be. Add to this collection and drop-off, and you've got the complete service. I'll be using this service again - many thanks, guys!

Very easy , pick up and return by James very professional. More expensive than I expected, but good work and bikes safe.

Bike feels brand new after being serviced, spot on.

Advised me honestly and fairly about the repairs needed to my bike and whether it was worth going ahead for a bike of the age etc. Really appreciated this and will use the service again (when I have a new bike!). They are extremely reliable and punctual.

Good communication for pick up and drop off as both guys could not have been more friendly. A little disappointed that the bike was collected on Wednesday and I was told would be ready on Friday when in fact it had a list of additional costs and then was dropped Tuesday after 5pm. This was a real blow as I had to find alternative transport for six days. Probably should have looked for a more SW London local company ! Also the service charge was ok but the add ons were super expensive so all in all it was a very expensive £240 service with break pads/new back wheel and chain. I hate giving a bad review to good small businesses so the bike works great but just the cost and time it took to repair is probably my only negative

Collection of the bike was per my boking. Unfortunately, the work wasn't completed until late on the scheduled return date. I didn't get message on that date to advise that the bike would not be returned as scheduled 21st April. Naturally I expected bike to be returned on 22nd, but received an email advising the bike would not be returned until 25th April. On 25th april yet a another email postpone return until 26th April. Very disappointing Client Service

Very quick and helpful updates. They even managed to take my cargo bike which is pretty big. Would definitely use again

Excellent service and great communication. Only downside was my bike was a day late being returned due to shortage of drivers.
