I bought 2 cups and saucers from you in August. Last September I had to ask for my order again, delivery was postponed again, this time to the end of December. You should also remember the rude service that lies very ineptly. Kindergarten level.

Speedy delivery, box contents good quality but unfortunately the presentation box was quite badly scratched.

Package was not left at door of flat rather at the entrance to the complex on a bench. I found it but the delivery was very lazy.
Packages get delivered correctly most of the time.

There was slight delay in receiving goods and they did not match our original crockery- but probably our fault in selection.

After waiting weeks for an order to arrive, I contacted Havens who said it would be in stock by the end of the month, at which point we’d be away on holiday. After being promised they would dispatch it when we are back, they sent it anyway.
